Saya d recommend kan tempat ni oleh teman sepejabat. Otw ke office,so mmg senang. The technician baik & explain what’s the problem with my laptop,by showing the evidence i.e. bukak n tunjuk,not just inform. Service fast, janji 2 hari,1 hari dah siap. Impressed! Harga, d mklumkn upfront,so if you don’t like, don’t take,if you are ok, proceed. Negotiation allowed but don’t expect too much. Friendly atmosphere,so definitely going to repeat if any further problem with my laptop. Sorry,no photo taken as yet. U can Google though?

Otai Laptop Terengganu, really recommend it. Their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable about computer/laptop. They would inform us if we really need to replace anything in our computer or nope. They also gonna recommend us if we need any add on in our computer.. fast services, reasonable price, you should try to go there..

They told me to change the battery for RM250 but my laptop problem still not fixed..what a waste of money..

    Pricey. If you are a student, I personally do not recommend especially if you are on budget. The prices are not student friendly.

    really bad after sale services by sales representative. WhatsApp several time didn’t get respond asking some technical issue happen in laptop buy at this store.
