I came to PC Image after encountered bad experience in one shop at Sri Rampai. Looked forward any help/suggestion to the item I bought from the seller earlier but it just wasted my time. Sales assistant named Jeremy was very helpful and offered to try first, instead of rejected my request with an excuse. I was so happy this guy did very well, even though I bought it from other shop. 5 stars for the assistance ā helping me out with no cost. And, because of that, I am glad to buy 3 items from PC Image. Small thing means a lot for me. Thank you Jeremy and thank you PC Image. Good attendant. Will come again.
Wanted to install my sdd from another laptop to desktop. Na’im attended and supervised by his senior, helped me gracefully with explanation how they would do it. Superb job with explaination how should i proceed later at home.
Had good consultation and bought a kids laptop here and overall had really good experience here. Compared to that other IT shop next to Yamaha store, this shop is much friendlier and very helpful.
