Bought a laptop, keyboard n wireless mouse here. Sales people are knowledgeable n helpful . Happy with the service.
Very helping staff, they checked my laptop for all the possible issues and told me the exact price and possible options to repair ma laptop. The place is also clean and properly organized. Their level of English is also really good and they are proficient in it, which was my issue as a Foreigner in a lot of other repair shops.
Had to give 1 star for the incompetent staff. Didn’t inform me in advance regarding extended warranty. I already paid when i realized on the receipt that i have been charged extra rm2++ for the warranty. Which is absurd. So i go back and dispute so they said will refund but it will take 14 days for it to appear on my credit card. Since they closed on Sundays, i had wasted 2-3 days. I just hope they can manage to refund it back before i got interest charge from my bank. Really disappointed and hope that for new customer check everything before u pay because the u can’t trust the staff here. Thanks

Great place to get pc supplies. My go to spot for printer ink cartridges. Friendly and efficient service.
