After a week, Mr. Fu contacted me to collect my Surface Pro, indicating that the issue had been resolved. However, upon using it for about 20 to 30 minutes at home, I noticed lines appearing at the bottom of the screen. I promptly informed Mr. Fu, who instructed me to bring it back for further inspection.
During our conversation, I mentioned that I had recently replaced my Surface Pro screen at another shop and was reluctant to spend more on repairs. I emphasized that I hadn’t encountered any screen issues prior to this repair job. Mr. Fu understood my concerns, assuring me that they would investigate and resolve the problem at no additional cost.
Less than a week later, Mr. Fu contacted me again, notifying me that my Surface Pro was ready for collection. I was pleased to find that the screen issue had been successfully addressed. I appreciate the excellent service provided by Mr. Fu and his team, noting their friendliness and efficiency. In comparison to other repair shops I’ve visited, I highly recommend their services for PC or laptop issues. Additionally, their repair rates are affordable.

Service quality is top notch.
I upgraded my graphics card, cpu and other components with no hassle, NXND tested throughly to ensure everything is working well before handing over.
As they are also involved in flight and racing sims, they worked with me to customise a reasonably priced half-rig to mount my hotas which allows me to keep minimal footprint at the computer desk area.
More importantly, they give good advice and will provide reasonable prices for the hardware they sell. For those they do not carry inventory, including new products, they source for the products.
