Went twice. First visit was approached by a lady and the experience was pleasant. Second visit was approached by a man. Very poor service. Did not even make direct eye contact when asked about the services offered (the seller was playing phone rather than attending to customer) as well as rude. Overall, experience will varies based on sellers.

I inquire certain things on FB msg and also did in wechat, They reply in FB faster.

Watch out and be alert with this shop never ask to repair my printer, We only send to check the faulty and It was not worthy to do so we all ready told them not to do but when I went to collect he say rm65 and simply say was repaired was handle by a man after I say no we never ask to repair another lady can still say no repair all ready? Are u trying to corn people? Never cheat cannot is it? Nasty attitude, expensive, unreliable and very very arrogant husband and wife do not support them especially the man wah…. I still can’t except it the way u look and got no courtesy to apologise. Excuse me if this is the way u do business u having attitude problem, such a arrogant u are let’s see u still can sustain not 5 years from now. will never wish u Luck!!!!!!
