5 stars for great service. This was my first time engaging services from this business. Davis was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had issues with my 3 year old laptop and charger. Davis resolved the issues very promptly and also acquired a replacement charger, at a fair price, saving me the trouble of searching for one. I’ll definitely return to Genoco PC should I require any assistance in the future. Highly recommended!
Bought a PSU from the website, and received a phone call confirmation in a matter of minutes, and had a personal delivery 1 day earlier than expected, with full communication and a phone call when the delivery arrived. Excellent service from Genoco PC, Davis did a nice rig for me after my old rig diagnose failure of most parts in my rig. Davis will recommend parts as what you needed for he won’t ask you to go for high end parts also fair in pricing. My neighbor some more haha no need worry anymore if having issue on pc.
