    I would like to review my opinion on this outlet as I have changed my perception on the refurbished computers that is being sold here, I noticed that when computers are sold as refurbished it should have been completely rebuilt and tested for performance and reliability , but the laptop that I bought had a number of problems and when I took for checking they were not aware of the problems and I came to know that they sell the products as second hand and is not fully tested for reliability and performance ,they could not solve the problems and even with the short 3 months warranty I wanted to change it and even agreed to pay more to get another laptop if the same type was not available ,or to refund my money for both of which they were not willing to oblige. So those of you looking for refurbished computers please take my advise to look for somewhere else. Sorry for the earlier positive review.

    I couldn’t ask for more. We initially emailed Newwyn with an inquiry and got a response almost instantly. When we went to the shop, staff were friendly and attentive without being pushy. We were shopping for a refurbished laptop so we were happy to be told honestly about the small faults which were very minor considering the price. I don’t think there’s a cheaper place in KL for buying refurbished laptops.

    Changed keyboard and laptop battery. Quotation given was 480 but final price was 430. Worked well after fixing. Well worth the money.

    Last month, I took my computer to a shop for repair. On the first morning of the opening of the area during the epidemic, I took my computer for repair as soon as the repair shop opened in the morning. The repairman said: I have a lot of computers to repair here and it takes time to wait. (It is indeed not easy to repair so many computers during the epidemic, and it may not be appreciated), (Question): But the repair time has been very long, it has been five days. Why didn’t you call the customer and ask him to call the store to ask after it was completed? ( Maybe the eunuch is not in a hurry, but the king is in a hurry.) When I went to the store, the maintenance man said that there was a problem with the Rin card in my computer. If I moved it, it would be fine. The maintenance man said that I have tested it countless times and it must be fine. Don’t worry. Then I was very happy that the maintenance man did not Charge me the maintenance fee, because it is really not easy to do business during the epidemic. You help me and I help you. I also gave him a small tip as a token of appreciation. I took it home and turned on the computer and still had problems. I am very disappointed with you. I think For a long time, because it was inconvenient to run around during the epidemic, I decided to take my computer to the mall for repair. When I arrived at my destination, I randomly found a repair shop. The repairman took a look and said, “Give me half an hour and I will know.” What’s the problem? The maintenance man said that it’s convenient for you to leave your mobile phone number when you go to eat, etc. Half an hour later, the call came (I think the maintenance man is very punctual and efficient). The maintenance man said: The motherboard is broken. If you want to repair it, it will cost about RM230. Repaired in 1 hour. An hour later, the maintenance man called me (very punctual and very efficient) and said: I have prepared it, please come and get it. At that moment, I felt very grateful to the maintenance man. I’ve been using the computer at home for a while without any problems. I’d say that’s so much, sorry this is a positive review hope you guys can improve. Thanks
