I visited the store and the employees helped me by picking good parts for my PC. Also had some recommendations for the specs. After 1 week of waiting i finally was able to pick up my finished PC and can only say good things for now. I just really appreciate their work and looking forward to share my experience with friends!

Very pleased with my purchase at this shop and I got it within 3 days. I got good advice during sales as what to choose for the my purpose of buying the computer. Staff was knowledgeable to know what to recommend to me and what not to sell to me so I can save money. They are fair to not force and sell windows operating system to you as well.

The ordering process was smooth and fast shipping. I’ve been using this PC for almost a month now, it runs flawlessly and the customer service was top-notch. Highly recommended!

2nd PC build from Ideal Tech PC.
Still top notch services, well explanation by John, builder Ray same excellent job with cable management. But for Ray, I recommend he can be more proactive to push customer for part recommendation.
Excellent after sales services such as lifetime free dust cleaning, 90days 1to1 exchange etc.

If you looking for building a custom PC or any related PC/Laptop thingies, try to check IdealTech. You can access their website first to check pricing and your specs for references as they provide complete listing of pricing (kinda rare for tech shop to do this you know, so thumbs up for IdealTech). They also provide good aftersales services by chat and live on store (I think they offer free lifetime cleaning service as well, altought since I just brought mine, so I haven’t need cleaning yet). If you not sure what to or how to select your specs, I’m sure they will gladly help you with it as well (tips: tell them your budget and functionality plus any special feature you probably wanted).

A good place to get rid of your old laptops if you are environmentally conscious, as they take good still functional laptops as well as old or spoilt ones to scrap.
Easy to buy laptop here. Directly deal with the staff on counter. Price also okay for refurbish laptop. Got laptop bag as free gift ?
