a month agoI found Lockwin online because he advertised a more economic price. But they were more than a good price.Benny was punctual and worked neatly and efficiently. Great finishes, including restoring some of the door that was previously pitted from the old lock.
Then he spent time fitting a door bell he was not being paid to do! Finally, Benny into ensured that I had the door settings right before running through operational training. his service could hardly have been more complete.
I would highly recommend Benny. He leaves you nothing but satisfied.
a month agoI hired Benny to assemble a decently-sized shoe rack.He came on time, wasn’t fussy, and had all the required tools. He was also quick and you can tell he’s experienced. The best part: he’s incredibly meticulous. After finishing the shoe rack and helping me put it within the home, he looked at the doors and realised one was slightly off due to a sloped floor. He made slight adjustments to make sure they were aesthetically pleasing.
I’d highly recommend him.

Had some miscommunications as the items we were purchasing did not indicate the requirements for it to be installed (gate to door length). We were able to rectify it and he gave suggestions on what other locks were available. It would be ideal for you check with him if the locks you are intending to buy are suitable for your doors before purchasing.5 months agoEngaged Benny from Lockwin and it was indeed a pleasant experience. His company goes the extra mile to fabricate the strike plates for our unique BTO door. The Aqara D100 technicalities were also explained well by him. Clean and perfect install done. Affordable as compared to other companies as well. Recommended!

5 months agoUtterly disappointed with the service rendered. Contacted the shop 1 day before I tow my car down to repair. Arriving there, the staff demanded me to park the car in his comfortable lot. And so, I did.I approached the staff there but was told to wait. So, I waited. I was kept 1 hour+ waiting there before anyone attended to me. There were customers walking in and out of the shop during my wait there.
Attention was instead given to customers who came after me. After that 1 hour, the staff told me to leave my car there for check, when I asked how long I need to put there for check, his ignorance reply was “Very long, very long”.
After not hearing from them 3 days later, I decided to go back to retrieve my car and tow to another workshop instead since I am not receiving any replies from them.
When I arrived, the staff who initially attended me came to a shock. The expression was indescribable.
He did not give me any attention nor tell me anything about the checks or reparation.
The car was parked about 50m away from the shop with the key left in the car. Totally out of sight of the shop.
When i was about to leave, he came to me and mentioned that the car was fixed.
He charged me $250 for the repair and I believe I should understand what reparation was done. But he could not answer me at all.
I paid and left.
To summarize, -Services and the attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing. -Car was fixed 3 days later without notifying me. -Car was parked so far away with key in the car that I am assuming they owned the whole place.
Min 1 star for this review to be posted. They don’t even deserve 1.
a year agoImpressive 30 mins to duplicate with original parts. Feel and touch is similar to my original key. Tested all remote function and also manual key to be working.Very satisfied with the product, but the cost is $300+. They do seem to offer cheaper alternatives but I chose original for a peace of mind.

a year agoReliable and great service. Previously I tried to change my car remote battery myself but it didn’t work. They changed it with theirs without much fuss. Unlike other places I’ve been to which tried to charge high prices or claimed my remote might be spoilt and needed to be serviced. Second time here and would recommend it highly.7 months agoQuick and fast. All I needed was a $5 battery change. For some reason my own battery didn’t work but theirs did.

Went there to duplicate my bike key.
Waiting time 15-20mins,depends on the key gonna do duplication or keep as spare.
They do provide 24/7 locksmith service/issue.

Went to buy some lock spare parts as my lock was jammed. Felt that the price charged was a bit high. After researching online, realized they charge almost 2.5times the price. Regret didn’t do my homework before visiting them. I expected some premium. But not so high. Did you charge me more because I was a lady or because I was desperate ?
We called them around 7.45pm for an emergency, they arrived at 8.15pm, and had the door unlocked in less than 2-3 minutes!! An absolute lifesaver that saved our vacation, and for very affordable too!!! I can’t recommend enough!!
Great service. Am really impressed with Mr Steve. He was fast and really professional with his work. Master at his work, he can unlock my lock with ease without grinding or breaking my lock. Money well worth n very affordable too..
