I approached the staff there but was told to wait. So, I waited.
I was kept 1 hour+ waiting there before anyone attended to me.
There were customers walking in and out of the shop during my wait there.
Attention was instead given to customers who came after me.
After that 1 hour, the staff told me to leave my car there for check, when I asked how long I need to put there for check, his ignorance reply was “Very long, very long”.
After not hearing from them 3 days later, I decided to go back to retrieve my car and tow to another workshop instead since I am not receiving any replies from them.
When I arrived, the staff who initially attended me came to a shock. The expression was indescribable.
He did not give me any attention nor tell me anything about the checks or reparation.
The car was parked about 50m away from the shop with the key left in the car. Totally out of sight of the shop.
When i was about to leave, he came to me and mentioned that the car was fixed.
He charged me $250 for the repair and I believe I should understand what reparation was done. But he could not answer me at all.
I paid and left.
To summarize,
-Services and the attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing.
-Car was fixed 3 days later without notifying me.
-Car was parked so far away with key in the car that I am assuming they owned the whole place.

Locksmith located at bukit batok wet market area.
Went there to duplicate my bike key.
Waiting time 15-20mins,depends on the key gonna do duplication or keep as spare.
They do provide 24/7 locksmith service/issue.

Went to buy some lock spare parts as my lock was jammed. Felt that the price charged was a bit high. After researching online, realized they charge almost 2.5times the price. Regret didn’t do my homework before visiting them. I expected some premium. But not so high. Did you charge me more because I was a lady or because I was desperate ?
We called them around 7.45pm for an emergency, they arrived at 8.15pm, and had the door unlocked in less than 2-3 minutes!! An absolute lifesaver that saved our vacation, and for very affordable too!!! I can’t recommend enough!!
Great service. Am really impressed with Mr Steve. He was fast and really professional with his work. Master at his work, he can unlock my lock with ease without grinding or breaking my lock. Money well worth n very affordable too..
