Superb customer service,gave me warranty for the casing which no one else did for me before.. Explained everything in detail when I made a call, even waited for me past business hours due to jam… Highly recommended and keep up the good job!!!

Very fast and efficient service!
Went to another car key repair shop in singapore before going to joo fatt. Told me my car key was spoilt from water damage and quoted ridiculous prices 300-500sgd for key replacement.
Went to joo fatt, the staff opened my car key and was able to give me immediate diagnosis : “bang your battery upside down la!” ?? they refused to charge me a single cent.
Thumbs up for honesty!!! Will definitely come back here if my key is spoilt in the future
The technician was efficient and patient. They troubleshoot what I was worried about for my car key and save me for chging the car alarm system. Price is reasonable too!
Very professional and friendly staff. Duplicate my motorcycle key remote (w/o QR code ) . Reasonable price 250RM.
The young guy who came to check my car only disable my alarm, and doesn’t resolve the root cause.
He claims that my alarm unit faulty and didn’t check further.
End up the issue happened again.
