Appreciated.a month agoMy wife went to Mister Minit to get her bag strap punched with additional holes and the shop owner was nice enough to do it for free! He was nice to talk to, sharing his experiences over the years while my wife was waiting, always thinking about his customers’ needs. We will definitely come back if we need shoe or bag repair services. Highly recommended!!!10 months agoWe went down on 15 Feb to send the shoe in for a simple buckle replacement. The staff told us that the shoe will be ready for collection on 17 Feb.I went down 22 Feb and the buckle was sown in wrongly. Now there’s a shoe with a buckle facing up and one facing down. We told the staff to sow it the correct way.
When we returned on 28 Feb, the shoe was untouched and the staff told us to come back the next day.
When I arrived on 1 Mar, the guy told me to wait 15 mins then he started to work on it. So it took me 5 visits and 15 days for a 15 min job.
Best of all, the buckle wasn’t sown on straight. I’m not gonna use any of their services anymore.
4 months agoJawahir, if you take the time to say hi, is a pretty awesome character. Shoes properly heeled for $35. Be nice and go nowhere else for your shoe fixes.

3 weeks agoEarly December, I went over to westgate outlet to find out more about digital locks. Yuwei attended to me and explained the various types of lock. As the stock was not ready, I told her I will come back again. 3 week later, I went back and look for her to place the order. Thank you for being so patient with me. Answer my 101 questions. It was frustrating liaising with the customer service. When i asked for the specifications of their digital lock, the rep told me he cannot share the specs because they are “worried that you cannot understand”. Instead, they asked me to ask any questions i have. I also asked for a photo of the remote control for the digital lock they recommended but for some reason they could not provide, saying they dont have it at the shop. When i suggested that they may have upcoming installations and asked if they can ask the installer to take a photo, the rep just said they will not share photos of the remote control. The way information is withheld felt suspicious. This experience is very surprising looking at the good reviews posted here.4 months agoYuwei is an awesome salesperson! Perfect, and cheap. Don’t go Westgate mister mint which screws up sometimes. Cross the road and 2 keys for the price of 1 at mister mint
Uncle is very nice and skilled, duplicated my key in less than 5min (: the first two pictures are of an another auntie. Uncle’s shop is near cash converters.

Initially went to mister minit at westgate but staff said wont be able to do duplicate keys for vehicles.
Googled and went to this uncles shop just 5 mins he was done with the keys. Great job.
