We couldn’t start our car despite having a key as the steering lock was giving problem. Called the locksmith. He was patient and kind enough to teach us on how to solve our problem over the phone (he was not in Ipoh). Yes, we did it with his assistance. We were lucky to find such a helpful person as him.
