Amazing service from Jimmy (boss) to the technician (Kee). I had my door lock jammed and I contacted Jimmy; it was 1030pm at night and still replying my messages. After great consultation with Jimmy, he recommended a good digital key product which I am very happy about. Kee (technician) came and was professional, great knowledge and skills! I am very happy with the service will definitely ask for their assistance in the future!

I came across TSY thru facebook and contacted the person in-charge Jimmy. Amazing and efficient service and explanation from him and his team. They were patient and did a good job installing the door lock.

Very fast and professional installation from TSY LOCK ENTERPRISE team. after installation, technician will stay and provide 1 to 1 guidance to us for operating the digital lock for our main door and gate door. feeling nice and smooth when using fingerprint to get in to my house, and door will auto lock as soon as it closed. highly recommend!! For those who still hesitate, can contact their staff, really professional and explaining well, at least help me to understand different between brands of digital lock, and get me what i really need for my home.

  2. Just to do the key grind without purchase anything they charge me rm35. He is not satisfied because i brought my own new car key that was given to me by a friend.

    Also this locksmith loss my cip transponder n said my key doesn’t have cip, due to that i cannot use my new key.

    Very disappointed..

  4. I had my building card key duplicated here and i paid rm70 for a card. The very next day, we used it and we couldnt pass the main post guard. The shop staff there keep on mentioning about 3 chips and all but I dont see the result when I tried to use it. Very dissapointed.

    I was already dissapointed when we received the finished duplicated key because he only provide a card and sticker, taped together. But never mind thats my fault because I didnt do my price comparison, so many other shopee sellers offering better prices. Rm70 for a work completed in 10minutes but still cannot use it as intended too. The card only serves as lobby card in the end.
