My wisdom tooth extraction is essentially a smooth and totally painless experience thanks to Dr Tay. Didn’t feel anything even when local anaesthetics was administered. The assistant dentist Dr Shaun is fast and helpful too. The receptionist Jia Min is quite knowledgeable and gave me all the useful tips and advises for the recovery. Would recommend anyone to come here for your oral and dental care.
Have been with true dental studio for quite a few years now to do my every 6mths dental cleaning and check up. Assistants and Dr. Tay and Dr. Shaun was always welcoming and helpful. Taking time to explain the procedure done. Receptionist Jia Min was also helpful with the scheduling. Overall, recommended for those who are looking for a reputable dental clinic to get your teeth done. ?
Been a customer for more than 20 years. Recently did a Root Canal treatment by Dr Tay, painless process! And Jia Min has been great with all the reminders for cleaning visits! Highly recommended!
First time visiting the clinic in Nov’23 due to gum infections caused by my wisdom tooth. Dr Tay was very gentle and nice throughout the check up. He was also very patient, making me feel comfortable to ask and understand more about my wisdom tooth. Firrizqi was also very nice and helpful. The medicine given was also very useful, my infections got so much better after that. Will definitely be going back for more services!
During my recent visit to do filling for my teeth, Dr Shaun explained each step in the process very well and performed the filling skillfully.
My past few cleaning experience were great, Thumbs up to Kalinda for a Job well done.
Jia Min the receptionist was very polite and thoughtful, providing timely reminders for appts which felt like a rather personalised experience.
Dr Tay had been keeping track of my dental conditions, with regular inspections to ensure that my dental conditions were up to date which shows a high professionalism and good attitude towards the patients.
These all contributed to a very pleasant experience overall. Definitely recommend.
