a month agoJust had my scaling & teeth extraction today by Dr.Ash.It was my first time coming to the clinic & was very impressed by the treatment & service. Dr Ash is a very friendly & chatty. The doctor will help to calm your nerves if you ever felt nervous during the treatment. Teeth extraction was done swiftly and the pain was very bearable. the treatment price is very affordable too. Recommended and I will surely go here for my next dental treatment.2 months agoDone my scaling! Great service, experienced dentist, reasonable price! Dr.Ash did a fantastic job – from detailed explanation given to a fast, efficient, thorough, pain-free procedure. Recommendations and teaching on dental health and care also given by the end of the session. I fully recommend you coming to this dental clinic. Cheers to good breath and beautiful smile!a month agoIt was a blessing to find this clinic after moving to Penang, was greeted by friendly staff and did a scaling with Dr Ash, nice person and super cool. Had a quick chat with them before leaving, will be my go to dental clinic from now on. Recommended ?5 months agoI had two wisdom teeth extractions by Dr Ashwinder and it was a good experience overall. He took the time to casually chat with me leading up to the surgery, easing my nerves. The whole procedure itself was done swiftly and confidently, despite discovering some complications with my tooth during extraction. Nevertheless, I was reassured and all my questions about aftercare were answered as clearly as possible. Staff were also nice and friendly. For a private clinic, the price is affordable and worth it. One note would be to have a variety of payment modes for ease of payment ?a month agoWent to this clinic for my annual scalling. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you Dr Ash for your service and advice! Thank you Ami and Danish for your warm customer service! Definitely will come again next year. Please do come everyone! You won’t be dissapointed.

a year agoGreat deals and service! I had my braces done here. For the past two years of service everything went well. Their promotion deals are really worth compared to the rest of dentists in bayan lepas area. The staff was great. The dentist was very nice and informative. The first time to remove my youngest molars at the government is the best because I get good treatment from the doctors and nurses of the clinic…it’s really the best?, it’s worth it for only RM1 to have my youngest molars removed and I can smile even though I’m sick? ?. * You are advised to call first to make an appointment before going to the clinic
* You need to arrive 10/15 minutes early from the appointment time given
, no later than 10 minutes after the appointment time, if you are late your appointment will be canceled on that day and postponed to another day.
* Bring ‘cash’ Rm 1, if there is a case where you have to do minor surgery, stand by in approximately Rm50
* Bring your original identity card / Mykad
* Bring appointment card (if available)
The best gov dental clinic ever, from the moment you enter the main door, the guard greets you with a smile, the nurses are all very nice, friendly and my million thanks to Dr Azri who was my dentist, I was nervous the first day and the day I wanted to extract the tooth but Dr. Azri made me feel so comfortable, he just smiled throughout the process of attending to his inconvenience. Seriously, I don’t think it’s a government clinic, pay RM1 but get the same service as a private clinic that will cost about RM300-500 to extract a wisdom tooth (RM650 at Wong&Sim).
I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the Bayan Lepas Dental Clinic, especially to Dr. Azri. Definitely my permanent choice for the best dental clinic
My mouth just full of blood when i rinsed after the scaling is done. My whole mouth/teeth so painful after the process, and now more than a week my gums has swollen and painful at this midnight. This never happen when i went to private dental last time. The clinic should not treat the patient in rush as a way to increase your efficiency! This is not the right way please! Government service doesn’t mean must offer such poor service ? I hope the side effect won’t be serious, I have to go see dentist tomorrow, private dentist sigh. So regret of visiting. No jokes.
