Dr Jeffrey is super nice and patient. Came to him with a small cyst under my tongue and he drained it for me painlessly. He saw I was worried and even assured me that it’s nothing serious and showed me some photos and information on his computer to explain to me. Appreciate the good work, Drs and nurses there! ?

Pleasant experience at this clinic. Dr Jeffrey Lim is very nice and caring during my visit and takes time to explain. Nurses are very friendly too. Will return again next time

Bring my 6yrs old girl to a last min dental due to tooth decay. Recept was very friendly and nice. Dr Zachary Lee was superb as he was very gentle and patient to my girl and my girl manage to relax though its her first dental visit/tooth filling. Highly recommend. Good job!!!

I got 2 wisdom teeth extracted on separate occasions at Q&M by Dr Denzil and he is really skilful in his work. He is extremely gentle and attentive to detail which is something I really appreciate. The counter staff such as Ms Connie is also very friendly which overall made my visit to the dentist an enjoyable one! Thank you all!
Went for a tooth extraction yesterday with dr Chan Li Lin. She is super professional, explains procedures very well, and definitely knows how to make you comfortable (I was stressed about this extraction :)). Everything went smooth and without pain. Nurse and person at the counter were very nice too.
My fiancee visited this clinic to seek a diagnosis for a lump on his eye. His former doctor was Dr Winston Lee who he has spoken very fondly of.
However, the current doctor in charge, barely took a second to examine my fiancée’s eye. He immediately stated that this required the attention of a specialist.
He was then told to wait outside where the administrative personnel wrote him a referral letter. The referral letter did not include any reference to any hospital
Upon questioning the counter staff on why a hospital wasn’t explicitly referenced in the letter, my fiancee was informed that he had two choices
1) Google the hospital of his choice and go there to seek specialist help
2) Go to a polyclinic with the current referral letter to obtain *another* referral letter from the polyclinic.
He paid 21 dollars for absolutely useless information that he could have easily googled on his own.
We put our faith in medical professionals when we are unwell and we expect them to do a decent job.
Please have some ethics and exercise professionalism when dealing with patients.
Definitely would not recommend this clinic if you have a pressing medical problem that needs immediate attention.
The dentist on call was very professional and thorough in explaining the options for the tooth/ gum pain my family helper was experiencing. She had immediate relief post the procedure!
The service are good and doctor was so nice person.
