  The service of the receptionist are good and loud, unfortunately they play to loud music that’s was so annoying. The consultant fees are reasonable but some advice about surgery your teeth I recommend you get other doctor advice first before you making more worse.

  They charged me RM75 for normal scaling. Usually there is no waiting line but advance appointment is recommended. Friendly doctor but front desk staff and nurse need some training on handling customers.

  Recommended if you need a quick fix for your teeth.

  I went for dental checkups and had deep scaling and teeth whitening done at Klinik Pergigian Dentabay in Georgetown. The team of doctors and nurses was very polite.

  During the consultations, the doctor was good at explaining, providing detailed explanations for each step.

  The doctor was also very assuring, constantly asking if I was doing okay.

  The doctor was very gentle throughout the procedure.

  I didn’t feel anything during the deep scaling, and it was very comfortable. However, I did experience some sensitivity during the teeth whitening, but it was still bearable.

  Don’t be afraid to come here. They provide top-notch service at affordable prices.

  Been there for scaling and whitening. During my session, Dr. Diong and the staff nurse are so friendly!! The environment so relaxing and comfortable, and the price is also reasonable. Surely I will come again.

  Just came to have a check up. Making sure everything is good. The staff and doctor are friendly. Service is quick. Appointment is easy to book and overall didn’t take much time for everything. Hopefully come back in the future.
