6 months agoWaiting for a long time. Those who arrive late are called first. It’s the first one here. It’s late, right… X needs to put in a time appointment and it’s good. What do you do with the time..but don’t call the appointment time. Waste my. Timeeee!!!a year agoIf you know it’s late. No need to make an appointment at 8, come in at 11. 3 hours of waiting, remember what time we are? Isn’t it easy to say come at 11? Is it fun? Suh came early, but still late. That is NOT an APPOINTMENT. Not on time at all. How can you do that for 3 hours? My work is not working because of you. I’m happy because it’s a holiday. I’m a minister, can I like a holiday? 2 months agoSelama ni loyal cust. 1 family ke sini. Dr Atep kerjanya bagus. But today was terrible experience. Went with my 6 y.o nk cabut gigi for the first tims. So happened i had to remove my car. Left my son dlm klinik kejap. No other patients were around. Just us. X sampai 5 minit pun. Masuk2 my little son was walking out from the room, mata merah2 muka jebik2 nak nangis, gigi dah dicabut. How can you perform medical procedure to a 6 years old WITHOUT his guardian’s presence?? Nurse n doc sama2 x cerdik. If got complications then how? It’s not about how simple the procedure is, but the etiquette. I asked the receptionist kenapa x tunggu I, dia pun teragak2 tak tau nak jawap apa. Lucky you I only complained to your management. Kalau I report ke KKM, selamattttt laa. Tolong jadikan iktibar. Beribu ringgit dah habis kat klinik ni sebelum ni. But now you have just lost 5 customers. Adios.7 months agoIm the person who never had time to spend to write a review until i found Their great service. From Dr Fauzan to Dr wani. I came very late to do filling, but dr wani still attending me with patient and kind. Kudos to all the Dr. Keep it up with the great service ?a year agoFirst time to this clinic. Done scaling this morning with Dr Azura and the treatment was good. Dr n staff are friendly.I’m glad to get less painless treatment here. The fees was reasonable. Definitely will go again here.Highly recommend this clinic for all. Thank you❣️4 months agoNot recommended. Recommend to others cust pls ask for the full cost before start. Walked in without any appointments. Paid RM1 and was seen by dentist within 20 minutes. Hardly any patients waiting. Clean facilities, friendly staff and good aircon. Recommended
Thank you so much to Doctor and Nurse on duty. Great service provided. Staff are friendly and efficient. Not crowded on SAT, scaling teeth done within 1 hour. Accept walk-in. Card payment only.
