Professional dentists way better than private practice dentists I visited before. Accountable, attentive, patience, knowledgeable, stand inside patient’s shoe, and willing to help.
I was surprised how efficient the dentist was. Surgery appointment was arranged in same day of dental X-ray submission. Malay, Chinese, and Indian work closely with each other. They supported each other during surgery. One discussed best solution with surgical dentist, surgical dentist demonstrated real scenario surgery to junior.
Detailed explanation on complication and care after surgery, few jaw rests in between operation, minimized harm on patient, constructive advices given. Didn’t simply give anti-biotic as other clinic would do. Really grateful to have Dr Ng on tooth extraction and the chinese lady dentist for removing stitches.??Superb service ??

I got phobia of visiting dentist, but I must say the service here is so professional and I’d recommend everyone to come here. The doctor here is very attentive, when I went for the first check up, he checked and told me everything that I need to know (like I need some fillings, scaling, and need to come back for wisdom teeth check up for extraction…). Before I came here, I visited private dental clinic, they can’t even tell me if I need filling on certain tooth. So, this place would be my favourite dental clinic in KL!

I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Soraya and her team, and I’m impressed with the whole experience. They explained the process well and executed it smoothly. The team was highly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I highly recommend them for dental treatment.

I would like to thank the entire staff at this clinic and hospital. From the staff who provided us directions, a gentleman at registration, the nurses who took our blood pressure and the teeth treatment that my senior citizen mum and I received. You have certainly exceeded my expectations.
