First time here and I’m greatly impressed. I waited exactly 50 minutes for my turn. Standard operating procedure says dentist must attend to you within 90 minutes. I got my queue number at 9.42am and was called in at 10.32am. Dr Cindy Chong attended to me. And the checking was quick; done in 5 minutes or so. The result: my teeth are fine. All is needed is scaling and this can be done at anytime but apparently not today. Appointment is not needed. Just walk in and tell the counter staff what treatment you want. Take a number and wait for your turn. From my observation, best time to come is after 10.30am as the crowd thins. But am told that there’s no treatment in the afternoon. Counter staff tells me to come at 7am to queue. ? Dentist, nurses and other staff are friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to pay anything. ?
Need to be early, before 10am on Friday because they’ll no accepting more registration.
Klinik gigi Luyang located inside klinik kesihatan luyang. Dental side on 1st floor. Can take stairs or lift. Service provided very fast & efficient. Nurses in the counter explain thoroughly & register for you. To make an appoinment, now can use MySejahtera. Next step just go inside & see dental. My teeth was still in good condition. So i just do scalling only. The service was so fast, i didnt even realise. Thank you so much for services provided.

I called multiple times; the first call had to be declined; the second time, they simply ended the call without allowing me to say anything. What purpose does the clinic serve in calling for a service such as this? incredibly impolite and unprofessional
