a year ago1) I went for root canal however the in house doctor have no expertise . Thus , they invited a specialist to attend my case in 2020 , during operation , the doctor A broke the surgery intrument inside my teeth . Doctor A after she drill my teeth then told me she cant process due to she need to take special tools to do the root canal ( by the time no one even doctor A mentioning the broke intrument incident ) , i just back home and wait for next appointment . However after few weeks still not yet receive any update , i make a call to the klinik and asked , the nurse said if my teeth no longer feel pain then is good to go no need to come back . ( I thought that the case is settle since the nurse answer me )2) Then now 2022 , one day the same teeth suddenly feel painful again and i was surprise why the teeth still will pain? I go for the same klinik gigi u5 consult the doctor , AGAIN they need to invite specialist to come over handle my case . Then they said will charge me again the total fees RM1500 for root canal . Because already 2 years gap from last treatment . Okay fine , i pay . They invite Doctor B specialist to come over , and the doctor B was surprise told me there is broken instrument inside the teeth , so that my teeth keep getting infection . She need to take out the broken intrument inside my teeth only can proceed the root canal .
3) I attent appointment from doctor B for 4 times , the doctor B said still very hard to get the broken instrument out , she need to order special tools to process . The nurse ask me go back and wait for next appointment date , she need to order the special tools .
4) After 1 and half week , the nurse No update me the appointment date , i call back the klinik and ask why need to take so long ? The nurse tell me she can’t reach out the supplier and the supplier not picking up the phone call etc . I ask then how long should i wait ??? She tell me she also don’t know and she reply me very BAd attitude saying she was busy and she ask me to call the supplier PERSONALLY ?!!!! Why i need to call supplier by myself ?!!!!
Very bad attitude then the nurse hang up my call !
Until today i haven’t finish my root canal treatment , yet the doctor B still looking solution to take out the broken tools inside my teeh ???
** I heard they will soon new opening a brand new klinik gigi Elmina , hope no one will fall into same situation like me ??Feeling helpless after paying those money !!!
3 years agoHad a primary tooth extraction for my kid here. Very nice clinic. Feel like home. Kid won’t feel scared. Very nice woman doctor. Pls call first for appoinment so that u would not have to wait for so long. Price for Kids tooth extraction is rm50/pc.3 years agoJust brought my kid to visit the dentist. I have to leave comment. I like the ambience there, cozy and homey feel. Soft spoken and professional female dentist with friendly staff. Won’t too commercialized about money ❤️❤️a year ago1.Friendly Dr & staff 2. 9 months agoFirst time visiting public dentist. For context, this was during the fasting month. Was there by 8am Sunday for walk in as I work Mon-Fri. Got registered (RM1) and got called in by 9.00am to do checkup and scaling (RM2). Out of there by 9.20am. Doctors were really nice and I faced no issues getting the services I needed. Important note is they only accept debit/credit card for payment, no cash. Also note that during the fasting month, they will only accept up to 60 walk in patients a day, so be there early!a year agoNurse and doc was so nice. Quick registration time and treatment time. Just make sure you make an appointment firsta year agoGreat experience. Dr Devi – a very competent and caring dentist, spent extra time to chat with patients and provide recommendations.Fees-wise, gov clinic is ofc affordable. RM1 for registration and another RM2 for checkup and scaling. Despite booking site saying no dental scaling at this branch, the dentist offered it to me. (Maybe the rule was updated??)
First step is to make a booking at queuemed site. Arrive earlier before the booked time. I arrived at 11.15am for 11.30am appt, dentist saw me at 12pm. Overall it was a fast and easy process. Thanks to all the friendly staff, dentists and assistants.
2 years agoEfficient service, appointment at 8am and was done by 8:40am. Good job to the staffs here! The dentist and nurses were nice and friendly. You can now do scaling as the sop for the pandemic has been relaxed.a year agoContrary to some reviews here, my experience was indeed great. I was treated by friendly and courteous staffs. Every dental procedure was properly explained and done professionally. Thank u so much for your service.

Went to this clinic around a month ago, for me to do scaling of my teeth and I brought my one year old son as well for his first time teeth check-up. Receptionist was nice and welcomed us into the clinic. One downside; as I carried my son and entered the dentist room, the doctor did not introduce herself. She should introduce her name next time. Otherwise, she thoroughly checked my son’s teeth and gave some good advice. Did scaling for my teeth and that was fine too. Price for the services was affordable. Clinic vibe was nice and welcoming. 4 stars because the doctor didn’t introduce herself (Dr Farhana). Otherwise everything is great.
Doctors and the team, everyone is very friendly and helpful. This was my first time to the dental clinic and there was a bit of fear and nervousness but Dr Fahana and her dental assistant on that day provided the best service from start to finish. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to say NO to continuing to receive a treatment here in the future.
I had an appointment with Dr. Nadia, and I was impressed by her professionalism and friendliness. The scaling process went quite quickly, and I don’t even feel any discomfort or pain, on top of that the price is very fair (quite cheap actually compared to other place). Definitely would come again!
Gonna further my next 6-monthly dental check-up here. Good consultation by Dr Nadia prior proceeding any treatment to patient.
