2) Then now 2022 , one day the same teeth suddenly feel painful again and i was surprise why the teeth still will pain? I go for the same klinik gigi u5 consult the doctor , AGAIN they need to invite specialist to come over handle my case . Then they said will charge me again the total fees RM1500 for root canal . Because already 2 years gap from last treatment . Okay fine , i pay . They invite Doctor B specialist to come over , and the doctor B was surprise told me there is broken instrument inside the teeth , so that my teeth keep getting infection . She need to take out the broken intrument inside my teeth only can proceed the root canal .
3) I attent appointment from doctor B for 4 times , the doctor B said still very hard to get the broken instrument out , she need to order special tools to process . The nurse ask me go back and wait for next appointment date , she need to order the special tools .
4) After 1 and half week , the nurse No update me the appointment date , i call back the klinik and ask why need to take so long ? The nurse tell me she can’t reach out the supplier and the supplier not picking up the phone call etc . I ask then how long should i wait ??? She tell me she also don’t know and she reply me very BAd attitude saying she was busy and she ask me to call the supplier PERSONALLY ?!!!! Why i need to call supplier by myself ?!!!!

The best dental clinic for me! From front door to doctors and the team, everyone is very friendly and helpful. They clearly know how to calm down the patient and do their job professionally. Clinic sooo comfortable and clean. Surely will recommend this dental clinic to my families & friends. Special thanks to Dr Farhana and the team..! Went to this clinic around a month ago, for me to do scaling of my teeth and I brought my one year old son as well for his first time teeth check-up. Receptionist was nice and welcomed us into the clinic. One downside; as I carried my son and entered the dentist room, the doctor did not introduce herself. She should introduce her name next time. Otherwise, she thoroughly checked my son’s teeth and gave some good advice. Did scaling for my teeth and that was fine too. Price for the services was affordable. Clinic vibe was nice and welcoming. 4 stars because the doctor didn’t introduce herself (Dr Farhana). Otherwise everything is great.
Doctors and the team, everyone is very friendly and helpful. This was my first time to the dental clinic and there was a bit of fear and nervousness but Dr Fahana and her dental assistant on that day provided the best service from start to finish. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to say NO to continuing to receive a treatment here in the future.
I had an appointment with Dr. Nadia, and I was impressed by her professionalism and friendliness. The scaling process went quite quickly, and I don’t even feel any discomfort or pain, on top of that the price is very fair (quite cheap actually compared to other place). Definitely would come again!
Gonna further my next 6-monthly dental check-up here. Good consultation by Dr Nadia prior proceeding any treatment to patient.
