9 months agoCame here with the intention to remove both my top and bottom wisdom teeth due to pain and was recommended by my previous dentist to remove them for hygiene reason. DR JONATHAN is very truthful and detail to describe the complication involved in removing the wisdom tooth. But to me, he talked too much and was very arrogant in certain manners which made me felt intimidated. The process of removing the wisdom teeth was painless because of the anastatic. I cannot even tell the doctor is working on the top or bottom tooth. The whole process was completed in less than half hour. However, as I was writing this review, I start to feel some pain when the numbness subsided. Took the prescribed pain killer to reduce the pain. Spent over a thousand to remove my wisdom ? good thing is amount is partially claimable through mediasave. Lastly, the clinic can be very cold for certain people thus please bring along warm clothing if you need to.3 months agoMy experience with Dr Chiu was amazing comfortable and she is patience, caring, and her skill is super painless for me. I’ve been following her for many years and always looking forward to be “cleaning ” by her for my dirty teeth. Haha7 months agoHorrible. Dentist did two fillings. One filling chipped within a week odd. This was the filling that was needed to be done. Another filling was “recommended” by him, purely just to earn more money. Refused to do it but scare tactics all came in with how bad it could be later.Now, my teeth has a bigger gap and when I wrote to them, they ignored my message! Anyway, not going back to the incompetent dentist to rectify the problem.

9 months agoHave been with them for a while, however recently it’s pretty upsetting as I went in for a follow up on my mouth guard and I was charge for consumables that is $18 but literally nothing was used on me. Like if they accidentally opened it, it shouldn’t be charge to me since it’s not used at all. I’m just there to collect my mouth guard. When I ask the front desk they just say it’s a SOP???? And ask me to pay n leave.(not in a rude way but demanding). The service standard is dropping drasticallya year agoLook for Dr. Karan Singh. Very good dentist.I have sensitive teeth and low pain tolerance and if you are like me, look for Dr. karan singh at q&m jem!
I came here in sep for cleansing and polishing – it was completely painless and Dr. Karan did not hard sell me or up sell me any thing. He factually told me what was wrong with my teeth from his assessment and explained to me the consequences for me to make my own decision.
During the process of cleansing – it was not a bit uncomfortable and he even took the effort to clean away this stain that my previous dentist did not even succeed in cleaning. I could tell Dr karan was adamant on removing it cause he was literally scraping very hard. (And yup he removed it!)
I have been delaying the wisdom teeth extraction for very long (years) cause i have a deep phobia for tooth extraction. But after the experience – i decided to have Dr Karan perform the procedure for me.
Throughout the session – he was very reassuring and gentle. It was fast and painless and he kept reassuring me, keeping me informed of the process without sharing too much of the scary details. After the procedure he carefully explained what i needed to take care of and gave me tips knowing i am very timid and low in pain tolerance.
Definitely recommend Dr Karan Singh from Jem Q&m.

3 months agoVery pleasant experience? All the staff are very polite and prompt. Always update me on my appointments and flexible to change for my convenience. Dr Amanda is very. professional & detailed, never missing out any hard to reach corners and does a great job. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend!!3 months agoI had a toothache and was told it was due to gum disease. I suffers from anxiety attack and ear imbalance so being laid flat on the dental chair was something quite unbearable for me but I told them about all my condition and Dr Amanda Koh and her assistant did their best to ensure I was well taken care of. To anyone of you who fear visiting the dentist, please open up your fear freely to the staffs to ensure a pleasant dental experience. The root canal cleaning was a breeze for me today and I’m already looking to the next one in 2 weeks time. Please make an appointment with them today!5 months agoAmanda has been great since day one. She worked hard for the well being of my teeth! Forever cheerful and smiley (although she’s wearing mask, I can see). Gloria wonderful too. I did not have to wait long – was attended at my appointment time. Dr Mitchell Ting is very warm and gentle. He also provided useful advice to better care for my teeth. The staff were friendly too. Definitely a pleasant experience!
Dr Chris Tan was very gentle , passion and did an incredible job. Amazing and friendly nurses and staffs at Koh Dental! Always highly recommended. Great teams.
The best dental clinic I have ever been. Dr Mitchell Ting and nurse were so nice and accommodating and they make sure that I felt comfortable and relax. They were keep asking me whether I’m OK and not hurting. It was the very pleasant experience for myself. Even the reception nurses were soo good and they explained to me every details. I would recommend this dentl clinic.
Really the best dental experience of my life. For the first time I felt relaxed in the patient’s chair. The dentist was extremely gentle and explained at each stage what she was doing during the scaling and polishing process, and asked me to let her know through raising my hand if I was experiencing discomfort at any point. Could not recommend this place more!
Despite the long wait, which is due to another patient ahead of me Dr Lee gave me a smooth and pleasant experience while extracting my wisdom tooths. The motherly touch from both Dr Lee and her assistant more or less, reduced my fears cos I have a fear of dentists and extractions.
