JakaNow, my teeth has a bigger gap and when I wrote to them, they ignored my message! Anyway, not going back to the incompetent dentist to rectify the problem.

Have been with them for a while, however recently it’s pretty upsetting as I went in for a follow up on my mouth guard and I was charge for consumables that is $18 but literally nothing was used on me. Like if they accidentally opened it, it shouldn’t be charge to me since it’s not used at all. I’m just there to collect my mouth guard. When I ask the front desk they just say it’s a SOP???? And ask me to pay n leave.(not in a rude way but demanding). The service standard is dropping drastically

Look for Dr. Karan Singh. Very good dentist.
I have sensitive teeth and low pain tolerance and if you are like me, look for Dr. karan singh at q&m jem!
I came here in sep for cleansing and polishing – it was completely painless and Dr. Karan did not hard sell me or up sell me any thing. He factually told me what was wrong with my teeth from his assessment and explained to me the consequences for me to make my own decision.

I did not have to wait long – was attended at my appointment time. Dr Mitchell Ting is very warm and gentle. He also provided useful advice to better care for my teeth. The staff were friendly too. Definitely a pleasant experience!
Dr Chris Tan was very gentle , passion and did an incredible job. Amazing and friendly nurses and staffs at Koh Dental! Always highly recommended. Great teams.
The best dental clinic I have ever been. Dr Mitchell Ting and nurse were so nice and accommodating and they make sure that I felt comfortable and relax. They were keep asking me whether I’m OK and not hurting. It was the very pleasant experience for myself. Even the reception nurses were soo good and they explained to me every details. I would recommend this dentl clinic.
Really the best dental experience of my life. For the first time I felt relaxed in the patient’s chair. The dentist was extremely gentle and explained at each stage what she was doing during the scaling and polishing process, and asked me to let her know through raising my hand if I was experiencing discomfort at any point. Could not recommend this place more!
Despite the long wait, which is due to another patient ahead of me Dr Lee gave me a smooth and pleasant experience while extracting my wisdom tooths. The motherly touch from both Dr Lee and her assistant more or less, reduced my fears cos I have a fear of dentists and extractions.
