7 months agoThere will be no question on the price. Service is excellent. Spared an hour from registration until completion of wisdom tooth extraction.a year agoThe dentist attending me is not professional. On the first visit the dentist identified I have vertical impacted wisdom tooth, the tooth is partially emerge through the gums and there is already pus inside, given antibiotic for 5 days and cannot do surgery due to infection.Came back on the second visit, checked my wisdom tooth no more infection and take notice that my wisdom tooth don’t have enough room to come in causing crowding so my front tooth started to have slight misalignment. In the end the dentist informed that since the wisdom tooth has no pain anymore so don’t have to do extraction.
I was so confused, because she said you need to have pain only can do extraction. I explained to her when it is painful I don’t want to extract and also because of the pus she said cannot extract. Now with no infection and no pain wouldn’t it be safer to extract. I explain to her the reason I am requesting to extract even there is no pain is because it will easily cause infection again. It is actually difficult and not convenient for me to see and clean it daily. Since it is crowding too, I requested to extract it to solve this wisdom tooth so there won’t be problems later on. I also told her I don’t want to encounter wisdom tooth decay and affect the tooth beside it.
The dentist gave an advice based on my age it won’t grow anymore, to not have infection need to brush it. If it decay and affect the tooth beside can make appointment again, if want to do extraction it is a surgery need to have pain only can do and the surgery may cause damage to me.
I don’t know she is unwilling to do or is the klinik protocol, but she, Dr Neelashini is definitely not professional and patient enough in attending and explaining the situation and risk involved if that is what she is worried about and also not trying to solve the issue but dismissing.
3 years agoStaff and doctors are professional and very friendly. Need to do appointment, but the waiting list is minimal and the surgery done was quite brief and pretty quick. Did 1 filling. a year agoI am braces user because protrusion within 1 1/2 year my teeth are begun to be arrange, I choose pay installment every month I paid after appointment with doctor. I was experience with this clinic doctor very kind and talented to handle patient.when u are surgery room u feel like relax with sound of music. Service ,environment ,very luxurious. Staff very friendly , you can bring your kids because got side for play room while waiting. I very suggest u bring your family and friend to check your routine teeth to this clinic, price is affordable.4 months agoDoctor is friendly.However, the queueing system can be improved.

3 years agoBefore covid can just drop-by without any appointment so long come before 9am, but now it is a must. Doctors are gentle and professional. No pain and the staff are comforting.5 years agoWell done Dr. Wani and team. I got my teeth today. What a nice piece of work. Very carefully done what’s a pleasant experience with KKS2. Tq7 years agoDentist is well qualified n friendly. My daughter was here to get her tooth out, it was a pleasant experience

Been meaning to write a review about this clinic. Firstly, very happy with Dr. Sabrina’s suggestion to change from the old school retainers to aligners. Aligners are much more comfortable to wear and safer from impact of small children. Plus point is that the aligners actually helped my teeth bite better or have positioned it to stay in positions. Secondly, teeth cleaning process was a pleasing experience. The doctor used a new water technique which didn’t hurt. Happy with the overall experiences.
Good place and professional staff… been there for second time walk-in. Differently a good place for dental services.
My daughter attended by doctor Leong and her assistant (forgot to ask name, malay girl). Both are very soft and polite, and understood that I dont want anyone mention ‘cabut gigi’ in front my daughter. I am surprised that my daughter can calm down by the doc (because her pain treshold is very low ?)
