I don’t know she is unwilling to do or is the klinik protocol, but she, Dr Neelashini is definitely not professional and patient enough in attending and explaining the situation and risk involved if that is what she is worried about and also not trying to solve the issue but dismissing.

Staff and doctors are professional and very friendly. Need to do appointment, but the waiting list is minimal and the surgery done was quite brief and pretty quick. Did 1 filling. Hopefully will last.

    I am braces user because protrusion within 1 1/2 year my teeth are begun to be arrange, I choose pay installment every month I paid after appointment with doctor. I was experience with this clinic doctor very kind and talented to handle patient.when u are surgery room u feel like relax with sound of music. Service ,environment ,very luxurious. Staff very friendly , you can bring your kids because got side for play room while waiting. I very suggest u bring your family and friend to check your routine teeth to this clinic, price is affordable.

    1. Been meaning to write a review about this clinic. Firstly, very happy with Dr. Sabrina’s suggestion to change from the old school retainers to aligners. Aligners are much more comfortable to wear and safer from impact of small children. Plus point is that the aligners actually helped my teeth bite better or have positioned it to stay in positions. Secondly, teeth cleaning process was a pleasing experience. The doctor used a new water technique which didn’t hurt. Happy with the overall experiences.

    3. My daughter attended by doctor Leong and her assistant (forgot to ask name, malay girl). Both are very soft and polite, and understood that I dont want anyone mention ‘cabut gigi’ in front my daughter. I am surprised that my daughter can calm down by the doc (because her pain treshold is very low ?)

      Thanks Doc, surely will come back again with my kids.
