Yesterday went there for a review on my son’s teeth caries and I was so surprised with one of the dentist there, a female senior dentist who being so judgemental on me and my son and give lecture. She has no right to judge me there, if this is how she treat a patient in a private dental, I will surely give bad rating. Easy for her to say this and that, and use my explanation to put the blame on me. It is really unprofessional for a doctor to behave judgemental on a patient who is a total stranger. Her attitude bring down the whole unit there, I am rating only on this very particular dentist there and not the rest of the unit. My next visit if I met her again, I am well prepared to backfire her. My advice to all, never be such a judgemental on others especially to a stranger who ask for your service.

My surgery was well done. However, waiting time can be a bit long. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service.
