Went to the clinic on 10 Dec and i was very impressed with the professionalism of the male doctor who attended to me. He explained his diagnosis in details, showed me graphs and discussed the medication that he would prescribe to me. Previously I would have doubts about young doctors but he has changed my perceptions. Well done doctor, please keep it up.

Honestly have never been to a clinic where the doctor is so passive aggressive and rude to a patient that earlier had an episode of chest palpitation, numb & tingling sensation on fingertips, as well as cold hands and feet.
Of course, unsure of what’s going on it’s best to get a doctor’s opinion. However never expected such a cold and rude response, even though we tried our best to explain our issue.
The only response the doctor, whose name is Dr. Siti Zulaikah , gave was “I can only check your vitals, you go specialist la. I only general doctor. All I can do is check our vitals.”

I went there to enquire about RT-PCR and RTK-Ag on behalf of a friend from Singapore travelling to Malaysia and then going back to Singapore again about 48 hours before flight. It was a Sunday morning about 11.15am on 20-March-2022. The Malay lady by the name Cik Az at the reception counter is very friendly and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions professionally and also give tips based on her other patients whom told her before. I hope the owner of the clinic will appreciate Cik Az. Even though I just ask for information (no business transaction), the information provided by the Cik Ax extremely valuable to me. I will recommend to seek treatment at this clinic.
Attended the clinic twice and the doctors were so helpful and attentive to my concerns. The clinic’s attendants were also very nice and helpful! Although the clinic is quite far from my home, I’m willing to drive a bit as the service given was definitely worth the pay! This will be my default clinic from now onwards. Thank you to the doctors and the attendants as well 🙂
The service was exceptional, nurses were friendly and helpful, they entertain each and every patients as like their own family, i can see the care and empathy in every patient they serve. The doctor was professional and educated!
I understand you need to have dinner starting from 7pm, but it’s just 645pm and staff tell me to come back at 8pm. My hand is bleeding. Unprofessional behaviour
Friendly and good Doctor with great patience and spend time explaining the treatment. Well recommended to all.
I visited quite a few times to this clinic and i will say the Drs are friendly enough and with great patience in explaining the treatment, possible causes , and prevention method.
The clinical assistances were helpful except for ONE (Thats the reason why i gave 3 star)
Visited this clinic on 2/1/2023 due to sorethroat and covid negative when checked. But it become positive on the next day (3/1/2024) and immediately went to the clinic again to check and seek permission to get medical cert
One of the staff (Pavitra) was rude, not friendly and impolite when doing her job and these are the few points why i said so
1) Im not sure whats happening but her face literally in bad mood (Maybe i came after lunch)
2) She was asking me whether need extra medication or not and i said no need becoz i ady got the medicine on 2/1/2023. And the next quest came from her mouth was (How come ytd negative and today is positive? (with a doubtful face) . Dear Ms Pavitra how are we suppose to know the reason of getting negative on 1st day but positive on 2nd day? Theres a thing call False Negative and kindly google it and use the correct word to ask a patient
3) After replying that im not sure why it become like this, and the next ques was (You sure or not you got check? (with a doubtful face again)). I am totally speechless with her quest and i have no idea how to reply that time but only say ‘Yes’ . Although you ask this kind ques is to understand whether the patient is lying or not but kindly use the proper word to ask. I am not coming to this clinic to get interrogated by you (Those ppl who read this message kindly let me know how to reply back)
4) Where is the ‘Thank you and Welcome gestures? After all these small conversation, the lady with bad mood face continue to print the cert n RTK report and passed it to me without saying a single word and assuming that i know what to do next. She oly said yes after i ask whether i done already or not
