Been here for few times already, i love the services provided by the clinic especially by Dr Clinton and his clinic staff. He has been exceptionally good with his medical skills, friendly and understanding towards my health concern. His service are efficient ????? . Not to forget the clinic staff,They are so friendly and helpful, which make me feel welcomed always :). Although this is a newly opened clinic, they have been providing excellent health services and for surely i will come again in the future for any health appointment. Kudos to the great service Dr clinton and his clinic staff! ?

    This clinic is old and not eye pleasing. Not much attention has been given to improve the environment. There is lack of car park around the buildings and moreover become muddy when the ground is wet. The clinic is located near the town centre for the convenience of the public to seek health care. It is quite messy and crowded. Just imagine there are 2 to 3 doctors sharing the same consultation room, therefore lack of privacy for patients as well. Patients also have to carry stacks of medical records around when they see a doctor or collect their medication at pharmacy. Wonder whether the patient will lose all their medical records if they misplaced those stacks of papers.

    The staff are nice and work good. But one of the facilities that’s really really need to improve, the car park is so limited for the people.

    Honest, The Counter Service is NOT quite encouraging upon serving clients who seek treatment. I for One, was being asked to go to different counters, without Clear instructions just to ask for an Eye Check up. My Patience and Perseverance were really put to Test, so as Not to lose my temper, being a Senior Citizen. Officer Incharged Should look into to this kind of unfriendly staff(s)/officer(s) manning the counters. To Serve with Courtesy… BERHEMAH BERKHIDMAT. Those going to the clinic are Unwell people, sick so to speak, who seek treatment. Demi Malaysia Tercinta.

    1. Friendly staff and doctor knows how to handle kids.. a lot of seating area, but a bit cold so wear thick clothes. but waiting time is long even for payment. If can improve in that aspect would be perfect

    4. Clinic claimed to open 24hours but just closed operation for Friday prayers. They should have locum as replacement.

    5. Let’s get this straight, my experience wasn’t great, inside the clinic and outside.
      1) Inside the clinic, sure the doctors were nice but the front counter is a whole different story
      2) Outside of the clinic however, since I was given the wrong medication.. I had to go through the refunding process (it was difficult). I’ve received a phone call inquiring about the whole situation, of course I explained my side but the more I try to fill in the gaps, I get interrupted and her speech delivery was harsh and unprofessional.
      Thus, this clinic receives a 2 star review for me.
