I came at 8.40pm before closing time and the staff was very kind and still allowed me to register. Dr. Tan was patient and kind enough to set an appointment for me to get a swab test the following day. Although the clinic accepted cash payment only and at the time i didn’t have enough, the staff waited for me to make a withdrawal nearby. Overall, great service!

Very friendly and helpful nurses. Thank you to Doctor Dave Chan. He is very caring and kind. My eye has sudden blood vessels burst & he explained very carefully to administer the eye drops.

Unprofessional conduct by the locum doctor. Did not take history properly, seems to be just interested in prescribing a wide range of medications that are not even targeted at the symptoms. Was charged exorbitant prices for an extremely brief consultation. Very disappointed with this standard of care

Visited OneCare clinic at Tampines Street 81 for cold/flu symptoms on 5 December 2023 at around 2.30pm. The two lady receptionists were busy so I patiently waited for about 5 minutes then stepped outside to take a phone call. Shocked to have one of the lady receptionists scream at me to get back inside. I can understand that maybe she thought I wanted to leave because they were busy- but what I found unacceptable was when I told her colleague that I didnt appreciate the way she screamed at me to get back inside the clinic, her colleague became very angry and repeatedly asked aggressively, “so you want to see doctor today or not??!” I found her behaviour very rude and unprofessional. The locum doctor was a young man who had a dismissive attitude and seem be keen on getting rid of me quickly.

Wasted almost an hour, waiting for the Dr. Clinic open right on time but the nurses on the front desk informed dr is coming in 15-20 min. Later after waiting around 45 min they informed Dr timing to come is not sure. I wasted my 1 hr almost waiting for the Dr I am damn sure they close the clinic right on time.

    1. Despite the bad reviews, I gave the clinic the benefit of the doubt by going there to get my MC and medication.

Today (Wednesday) I arrived at 12.40 pm before they close at 2 pm. The clinic was not crowded. Numbers run accordingly. I got everything done by 1 pm.

Dr Owen listened attentively to my concern. Front desk staffs are polite but perhaps can slowly brief patients on the medication as our minds are not that sharp when we are unwell.

Love hearing things like, “Get well soon” from the doctor and the staffs. It goes a long way.

    2. This clinic has always been crowded and waiting hrs is long. I strongly think that is becos of the good doctors there. My experience with this clinic is always very good. The ladies at the counter have always been very nice, polite and helpful to patients/visitors. Like my visit, they will always what is the waiting time and they will suggest to me to come back later after the registration. I recently ask abt the Hep B vaccine and one lady with short hair is really kind, she will patiently explain to me about the vaccination and help arrange the appointment. She tried her best to contact me even several fail tried, she is really patient and nice, Kudos to her efforts. Great service provided by the staff and doctors in this clinic!!!

    3. Clean and friendly staff. I have to commend the service quality from the staff and doctors at True Medical. Particularly May and Shirlyn. They have been kind and hospitable towards my family and me. Visited the clinic when my 2 year old daughter was sick. They showed much care and concern.

    4. I went to this clinic today at 12.50pm something and then the staff told me it’s already full appointment but clinic stated close at 2pm. The staff ask me comeback at 6pm and then I ask the staff can make an appointment at 6pm she told me make an appointment need to call. After 10mins I call to the clinic the staff hang up my call, the 2nd time I call can’t reach. After that I wait another few minutes then call again the staff pick up but she answer me calling by appointment is already full cannot make an appointment. Seriously? Ask me to call but end up full appointment????

    5. The doctor and receptionist at this clinic are great. Today, 22/12/23, at 8pm, my son went to this clinic for treatment due to fever and vomiting. While waiting, my son felt uncomfortable and vomited on the floor of the clinic. I was very embarrassed and immediately took some tissue to wipe the floor, but the receptionist saw it, she told me not to wipe it, she will wipe for me.This action made me feel very warm, because when she saw it, she didn’t show an impatient face, was very enthusiastic about helping me.The wait time for seeing a doctor was a bit long, but after I went in to see the doctor, I felt that it was worth the wait, because the doctor Ian was very patient. I asked a lot of questions, and he answered them patiently. After seeing the doctor, the receptionist explained instruction for medicine and also prepared some paper bags and tissues to prevent us from vomiting on the way home with our son. This gesture is really thoughtful. Finally, thank you to the doctor Ian and receptionist for their attentiveness and professional. Wish you guys Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
