First of all would like to say what a great service from every staff there. Especially shout out to Dr. Lina who has been a tremendous help for my son. She’s an amazing doctor who took her time to continue helping my son even after hours. Thank you to all.
Amazing experience with Dr. Lina. Dr. Lina is such a compassionate and sharp Dr, very precise in her diagnosis of both myself and husband and most importantly very hands on in dealing with patients. A plus point is she is very polite with us elderly. We felt comfortable and safe in her hands. Keep up the good work! Will definitely recommend Dr. Lina to my friends and relatives.
I have been using service from Klinik Menara for more than 2 years and I find the service was reasonable. However recently I brought my baby due to chicken pox and this one particular Dr prescribed syrup antiviral for my baby which I find not appropriate. I am quite dissapointed because I had experienced this once but I did not expect it happened again. Please kindly up to date with guideline & protocol to prescribe for babies.
Dr. Melissa provided exceptionally warm and professional service while treating my son’s eczema. The efficacy of the prescribed medication was remarkable, and the cost was reasonable, making the entire experience truly commendable.
Menara is the best. They took time to understand their patient, provide friendly explanations and very good future health recommendations. I’m that type who do online research about symptoms, medicines & stuff (yes sometimes online resource is unreliable but at least we can discuss with doctor). I do face doctors who treats patient like we are very unknowledgeable, undermining every questions i asked like i understand nothing. Only Menara doctors – every single one of them really treats patient respectfully and carefully explains why they do this & that.. kudos to the staff!
