2 weeks agoFemale doctor very rude. Assisting my brother into the room cause he was feeling very weak, have headache feeling dizzy, she told me “don’t come in he old enough to take care of himself”. Couldn’t say please wait outside nicely.Male doctor, quite old. Don’t know where is his professionalism. Use gauze to clean raw wound then use the same one to clean the bed. Applied antibiotic cream on raw wound using back end of metal tweezers which look rusty. Charged 50 dollars for the procedure of changing dressing, counted as complex procedure.
a month agoI understand that doctors at clinics are under a lot pressure to go through all their patients within a given time slot. However, it’s not a justification for being impatient with them when they’re trying to explain their symptoms. Dr Sharon kept cutting me off when I’m trying to explain my symptoms so I can get the right referral and tests. When I pointed it out, she said she’s very busy and has a lot of patients. It’s very unprofessional. You should know how to steer your patient to provide you with concise info without being rude and uncaring. You’re not a robot. Your patients also had to be patient and lose time waiting for your availability.4 months agoWaiting time was terrible and staff did not even bother to advise on long waiting duration despite seeing me with my sick kid. My son was crying in pain due to high fever. Doctor had to even come out to advise that patients needed to be advised for long waiting time.3 months agoWaiting time is nearing an hour. They should have assign 2 doctors rather than 1 during peak hours. Requested to change my cough syrup to tablet instead and the staff at receptionist told me to just wait without letting me know how long. I went to ask how long do I have to wait, she told me to wait so I went out, she went to tell another staff which I am not sure what is it about. Came here after work at 7pm and until now have not grab my dinner yet. Very disappointed with the service2 months agoPlease do not to this clinic. Waiting time is very long, more than an hour. Medicine was ineffective. When i went back to the clinic for more meds (as i finished my dosage), they told me to reconsult the doctor. So do not go to this clinic unless you want to waste your money just for mc as their medicine are not effective.

2 months agoDr Chen Lin are very polite and patiently listen to my concerns. He also checking in the sign and symptoms of migraine and given well explanation to me about the treatment given and further plan if needed. I never ever met such a good and kind doctor before.Receptionist nurses are friendly and helpful in guiding me to use my MHC medical card.
By the way, medication given to me for the migraine are really effective compared with other clinic only given me analgesic which is not helping at all.

4 months agoDue to my poor health, I went to the clinic on Thursday afternoon. Despite being loud, the doctor was friendly. Both the female nurse and a male nurse in the clinic were friendly, neighbourly and patient with both patients and the doctor. I watched a couple of times the Doctor hurried the female Nurse to call the patients in when she was dealing with other obligations within the clinic. But i was inspired with how calmly she informed the Doctor to be patient and she will send the another patient in line. The female Nurse there is kind-hearted and who is additionally exceptionally respectful. Despite the peak and chaos hour i saw how well the clinic handles circumstances. Good job DA!2 months agoTo whom it may be concern.I would like to write a compliment for a staff member in the DA Clinic at Bukit Batok. I went to visit the clinic on the 12th of October 2023 to consult with the Doctor as I was not feeling well, and I realised the clinic was crowded and there was only one staff member on duty. She was managing a few things at the same time, I would just like to say that she did her job very well but also I feel that you guys should have more than one staff member on duty at all times. She was very calm and cool with all the sick patients and also was understanding when it comes to children. I’m not sure about her name but she was a little big size Indian or Malay staff. I also hope that this message will be passed to her to let her know that she is doing a good job in the Healthcare industry.

5 months agoDr Chen Lin is one of the most patient & thorough doctor we’ve ever met! We have been bringing our baby here for vaccinations since newborn stage and he never fails to address all our first-time-parents concerns with his detailed explanations and even googled to show us. Can’t say the same for th receptionists but definitely a good doctor.3 weeks agoCame here twice for health screening. Each time the staff are the front desk are really courteous. Meanwhile, the doctor attending to me was similarly patient and courteous too.

The super slow staff and Service , I come at 3pm wait for almost 20 minutes to see the staff at the counter and only 1 person infrond of me . After 1 hour the doctor come out check and ask me wait again. Wait for 10 more minutes then the staff come do the ART and PCR for me. After that’s ask me wait… now I writing this review at 16:32 and still waiting…some more the staff super blur. I tell her “ I pregnant almost 4 months” she ask me again “your back pain 4 months? “ ? I tell her again “ I have baby almost 4 months in stomach “ then she say ok . Later the doctor ask me : “ you have diarrhea for 4 months?” OMG … I swear won’t come back here again sia .
If there is an option to select “0” star, I would still look for “-1” star rating, that pathetic was their service. First, the doctor gave me a medicine which was discontinued in Singapore few months back, and told it’s not available in our clinic and asked me to buy in outside pharmacy, then front receptionist never gave me the receipt for my payment (I didn’t ask her this time as it was co pay only), then after checking in all private pharmacies for tat discontinued medicine when I went back to request for an alternate medicine – I informed everything to the receptionist; for that she asked me “SO”, then I told can you check with the doctor for alternate medicine, and the best part was the doctor informed the receptionist to tell me “to go to the polyclinic” next day.
Really shocked to see this kind of service in Medical field in our Singapore where people believe they can get good doctors and good medicinal facilities, to sum it up in one word “DREADFUL”.
Receptionist is nice and efficient, and the clinic is also open on sat nights. however the doc barely did any checks.. he was standing up the whole time and standing far away as if he was afraid of being affected. i didn’t feel like he was doing a proper check
DO NOT come to this doctor. whatever the reviews said were true. i told him i had a throat infection, cough, flu and fever of 39.4 and the doctor came in and stand a distance away from me to check my throat. like as if i’m a hazard. I asked him “you can see my throat from this far?” and he replied “yes” with no hesitation. receptionist were very kind though. amazing service. do not come here. horrible! if i could give this clinic 0 stars i would

The receptionists are unfriendly (I have not met the friendly ones) n what they said about the male doctor w glasses is true.
He behaves like he’s afraid of being infected. I last went there with my daughter and we both had covid like symptoms.
Every time I have tried to come here we waited for a long time and when I asked for referral letter he wrote a letter n receptionist asked me to find my own hospital. At least in the poly clinics they arrange appointments for you.
I don’t understand why there is always such a long queue there when the receptionist is unfriendly and doctor is like this. There are at least 2 other clinics nearby
