Finding a parking bay is definitely a very challenging task. Either you are there super early or during lunch breaks. Some patients resorted to parking along the road outside but those who are inconsiderate enough to park too close to the entrance (hence obstructing vehicles entering/leaving the premises and posing a safety hazard) have been issued traffic summons by the authorities.
Adjoining the clinic is the canteen catering mostly for staff and visitors. Since there are no wards for patients, most of them tend to leave after consultations. The food here is quite delicious and pricing reasonable. A plate of rice with fried tongsat fish (ikan keli) is priced at RM7.50. Additional portion of beef is another RM5.00. Kopi C is RM2.50 but the brew would be much better is served real steaming hot. The lady boss is very friendly and lively.
Very bad service, I waited for 1 hour plus and they let the patient who registered after me to visit the doctor first, seriously lousy clinic!!!!
Newly renovated inside the clinic, so what was once a dark and dingy clinic is now very bright and welcoming. Looks and feels much better now.
Doctor is really good, able to diagnose my problems accurately and his medicine is very effective to cure me too.
Waiting time can be long as this is a really popular clinic. Consultation fees is really cheap – truly a neighbourhood clinic.
Wait more than 1 hrs here with sick body, asked how long more and wanted to cancel, nurse give black face ? attitude and service really cnt
So far good experience with the staff here. Nurses are really helpful with my registration. The doctor is really friendly. The only downside is the waiting time which is average 1 hour due to a lot of patients with only 1 doctor (or 2), but I think that’s the norm everywhere if you go to a clinic, be it the government one or the private one.
The doctor’s attitude was impolite, and the entire interaction felt rushed. Their tone was confrontational. I believe such behavior is unacceptable and falls short of expected professionalism.
