Dr Singh is the new GP in the neighborhood . He is patient and very informative. I had a car accident from a few months back and just had an Mri done at the specialist due to nagging pain . We were talking about what pain relief i can take as i was allergic to certain medications. He also took the time to read my Mri and explain to me further the implications . He is open on Sunday , which if great as it’s hard to find a gp open on Sunday nowadays.

Excellent service! Served by multi-lingual (english, chinese, tamil, hindi/punjabi, malay etc) staff and doctor, making communication a breeze! Patients can understand the doctor advice and communicate better. Doctor also provided information relevant for elderly and explained about vaccination with relevance to HealthierSG. Very happy to recommend. A nice neighbourhood clinic! Charges were very reasonable.

Dr Singh is knowledgable, dedicated to his patients and has great bedside manner. Highly recommended! As a bonus, he can also converse in multiple languages!

    Thank you so much to Dr Michael and Dr Joyce Xie for their excellent care and continued follow up. Both were very friendly, detailed, patient and knowledgeable while treating me. Very lucky to have been treated by both of them!

    And also thankful for the clinic assistants for trying to be as quick as possible in managing patient flow esp during weekends/PH.

    I attended at the clinic for a tetanus shot because I was bitten by a dog. Thank you Dr Bob Yong for being so friendly and kind, you made my day better! The clinic staff registered me promptly, they were alright. Can’t expect them to be all smiles when it’s late at night.

    I do appreciate I am able to find a 24 hrs clinic near my place especially late at night. On 4th Jan, I took my daughter who was having high fever to see the doctor at ard 10:30pm. During the consultation, the doctor was quick in his checks on my daughter’s throat and her breathing. Somehow, I felt something amiss. He didn’t checked on her body temperature at all. This is the only doctor who does not check the body temperature. He has gotten all the info from what I told him. No mention of what causes the high fever. He simply said he will prescribed the medicine for her. He almost prescribed a medicine that belong to the same family as the medicine she is allergy to. ( He was informed when we went in to see him). Anyway, this is our first and last visit. No more next time. Not professional at all.

    1. I call in to check whether the clinic got sinovac vaccine. The reception mention come back after 2pm they have the vaccine. We come back at 2pm nurse mention no stock. It’s so ridiculous I drive all the way and already called didn’t mention no stock. It’s so urgent and didn’t inform correctly very bad service especially every min is very important.

    2. Went at 9 plus in the morning for medical checkup, waiting time manageable, observed that both 1st an 2nd floor staffs are quite polite and helpful.

    4. Worried by reviews on here but went Friday morning, there were seven people in queue but was seen within an hour. Lovely doctor – friendliest I’ve ever seen in my life! Very warm, helpful and thorough. Receptionist also helpful.

    5. Date of visit: Thurs 04 Jan 2024
      Time : 9.30 am

      Came here to get a medical certification for recreational scuba diving.

      Was told to go upstairs. Registration needed cos first time here.

      Asked to wait then a urine sample was needed. Then later checked by nurse for some simple measurements.
      Subsequently the doctor did some checks, blood pressure and then requested an ECG test by the nurse, which took 5 mins.

      All in all, an easy and pleasant visit. Waiting time not too long today.
