I attended at the clinic for a tetanus shot because I was bitten by a dog. Thank you Dr Bob Yong for being so friendly and kind, you made my day better! The clinic staff registered me promptly, they were alright. Can’t expect them to be all smiles when it’s late at night.

I do appreciate I am able to find a 24 hrs clinic near my place especially late at night.
On 4th Jan, I took my daughter who was having high fever to see the doctor at ard 10:30pm. During the consultation, the doctor was quick in his checks on my daughter’s throat and her breathing. Somehow, I felt something amiss. He didn’t checked on her body temperature at all. This is the only doctor who does not check the body temperature. He has gotten all the info from what I told him. No mention of what causes the high fever. He simply said he will prescribed the medicine for her. He almost prescribed a medicine that belong to the same family as the medicine she is allergy to. ( He was informed when we went in to see him).
Anyway, this is our first and last visit. No more next time. Not professional at all.

unprofessional doctor. went for a consultation on 17 dec around 10:30pm for covid and told doctor i suspect my tonsils were also inflamed. doctor completely dismissed my concerns and said that my tonsils were not swollen.

I call in to check whether the clinic got sinovac vaccine. The reception mention come back after 2pm they have the vaccine. We come back at 2pm nurse mention no stock. It’s so ridiculous I drive all the way and already called didn’t mention no stock. It’s so urgent and didn’t inform correctly very bad service especially every min is very important.
Went at 9 plus in the morning for medical checkup, waiting time manageable, observed that both 1st an 2nd floor staffs are quite polite and helpful.
Good environment, clean place, nice and friendly nurse, high efficiency 。
Worried by reviews on here but went Friday morning, there were seven people in queue but was seen within an hour. Lovely doctor – friendliest I’ve ever seen in my life! Very warm, helpful and thorough. Receptionist also helpful.

Time : 9.30 am
Came here to get a medical certification for recreational scuba diving.
Was told to go upstairs. Registration needed cos first time here.
Asked to wait then a urine sample was needed. Then later checked by nurse for some simple measurements.
Subsequently the doctor did some checks, blood pressure and then requested an ECG test by the nurse, which took 5 mins.
All in all, an easy and pleasant visit. Waiting time not too long today.
