i went to another clinic for a second opinion and indeed i had a double infection (tonsillitis and covid), so means this doctor didn’t even check properly and also had a confirmation bias (just because i said i tested positive for covid then he only check for covid symptoms without considering for other possible diagnosis)

the whole consultation was also sped through as if the doctor just wanted to faster get it over and done with. will not be going back to this clinic again.

Really bad experience with the receptionist and the doctor. I was feeling really sick due to dry cough and sore throat which results me having to see doctor after my work. But this is my first time visiting doc whom didn’t even get to see my face at all (he is just busily typing to prescribe med). Less than 1 min and I’m out of the patient room. And while having to get the med prescription, the first thing that the receptionist asked me was: “it’s 5 dollars.” I was stunned to be honest. I’m not sure if the service and attitude was bad due to the fact that I’m using company insurance but this is unacceptable for first-line services.

  1. I call in to check whether the clinic got sinovac vaccine. The reception mention come back after 2pm they have the vaccine. We come back at 2pm nurse mention no stock. It’s so ridiculous I drive all the way and already called didn’t mention no stock. It’s so urgent and didn’t inform correctly very bad service especially every min is very important.

  2. Went at 9 plus in the morning for medical checkup, waiting time manageable, observed that both 1st an 2nd floor staffs are quite polite and helpful.

  4. Worried by reviews on here but went Friday morning, there were seven people in queue but was seen within an hour. Lovely doctor – friendliest I’ve ever seen in my life! Very warm, helpful and thorough. Receptionist also helpful.

  5. Date of visit: Thurs 04 Jan 2024
    Time : 9.30 am

    Came here to get a medical certification for recreational scuba diving.

    Was told to go upstairs. Registration needed cos first time here.

    Asked to wait then a urine sample was needed. Then later checked by nurse for some simple measurements.
    Subsequently the doctor did some checks, blood pressure and then requested an ECG test by the nurse, which took 5 mins.

    All in all, an easy and pleasant visit. Waiting time not too long today.
