Liked that they have good operating hours. Prefer the chinese doctor although my opinion may be biased.
Overall it is stil my go to as they are professional for a panel doctor unlike many others who knows that patients are there only for ‘mc’

Dr Murali is a very experience doctor in this Shifa Clinic. He usually spot on the cause of the diseases base on his experience and precise diagnostic skills. A few cases happen to me and my family members such as pneumonia, dengue fever, cervical spinal issues and etc were correctly diagnose and we were referred to the right specialist for treatment. Though clinics in Clementi are nearer to us but we still travel to Jurong West to get his consultation. He is very knowledgeable, patient and will explain the possible cause of illness that we were infected.
If you stay around there and need any medical consultation, you may look for him. His schedule may not fix, so do call the front desk to check his availability before you go. Alternatively, you may also visit Dr Ghazali in the clinic.
It was first time going to Shifa clinic with my son and my mum. The staffs were courteous,very helpful and friendly too! Doctor on duty that day was Dr Murali. Very polite and calm. explain in detailed about the symptoms, what to take note and all. Waiting time was ok too! Overall, pleasant experience and satisfied with the service! Definitely will come back! Thank you Shifa clinic!
I started going to this clinic because of the shorter queue. Recently, I went down to the clinic due to one of the clinic doctor’s recommendations from my previous visit if my issue comes back again. However, the Dr wasn’t there, so I had to see another Dr (Dr Murali), and I regret my decision – I should have gone to another clinic. Unlike the previous doctor, who was professional and took the time to listen and diagnose the issue. Dr Murali was so dismissive,
kept talking over me and sort of rushed the process. Like I have just wasted his time. I felt tired from my health issues already, so I just went through it, but I definitely won’t consider returning. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.
I brought my wife there on the 21st of April 2023. She was having runny nose, fever and cough. The doctor, Mr Ghazali asked if she has diabetes and my wife told him that she has it for the last five years. The doctor tested her blood for diabetes and charge an extra $10 for the test when my wife didn’t needed it. She was not there for diabetes at all!. Is this how a doctor treat his patients? What’s the point of having CHAS cards when the doctors increase their consultation charges!?. Be very careful when consulting doctors here.
Dr. Murali always gives proper advice regarding the treatment, he is soft spoken and patient. He doesn’t exaggerate the condition but tells us precisely what are the causes and what has to be done to avoid such symptoms in future.
The clinic is always crowded during weekend, you have to walk-in to get the queue no. Best to reach before 10.30am during weekends.
