Good and clean environment and friendly staff. The lady doctor is approachable and casual. You need to take off your shoe to step into the clinic. The only downside is they only have one staff so the waiting time can be long if there are many patients.

I went there twice for diarrhea, and the doctor never really check and investigate whats going on and he said food poisoning and prescribe me with meds and the next morning I came with the same symptoms and other doctor see and never check also with my stomach and he didnt touch to check my stomach, simply give me antibiotics! What a clinic! They just said the diagnosis without even checking or investigate! Poor clinic
the dr incharge dr sandeep wasnt helpful at all. i was really in pain having migraine but instead he nagging at me to have a work life balance when in fact working in bank you will not have work life balance pun and i didnt ask to be sick. he also not friendly at all. definitely not coming here again.
Can confirm they open 24hours with several doctors rotate around the clock.
Had some emergency when we were on holiday near there and called their phone but no one answering. went there eitherway since there werent any clinic open in the middle of the night. luckily they did open and have doctor. The doctor himself is pretty friendly. Cost me around RM160 for meds, injection and consultation fee.
Based on my clinic visits history, this one is one star at most. The doctor was OK, but the management and facilities leave a lot to be desired. The one star is for whoever is calling himself/herself management unit. The doctor is not part of this issue and can not be blamed here. (5 stars for her).
I got treatment that cost RM 170 but wasn’t given any diagnosis report or written prescription. The receptionist told me to email them, and I would receive my medical reports easily. When I sent the email, I received the reply,
“Dear Sir/Madam
For request of medical report there will be processing fee of Rm 180.00

Now, this is unacceptable. I have to pay 180 for the medical report for treatment that cost 170. I can’t even believe it while I write it down. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through that experience. As a patient, the medical reports are my legal right,more so since I paid the quoted amount in full. It’s not the first time I visited a clinic. I always receive my reports printed whenever required.
Clients (patients) shouldn’t be ripped off or scammed in this fashion. Whoever is in charge needs to take serious action and look at this unethical and unprofessional act.
The worst clinic and doctor ever! Been here last 2days ago… told the doctor i was having a bad fever, flu, headache, sore throat, body aching… but the doctor only asked me to open my mouth and check my throat. Not even check my temperature… and that’s it… i go back and eat the medicine he gave… after 2 days my fever getting worst… decided going to another clinic and the doctor checked i’m having influenza. I felt so stupid to trust this your Clinic…. Even my name spelled wrongly. So stupid… tau nak duit nak lepas tangan jer… as typical irresponsible doctor he said if lagi beberapa hari tak elok datang balik… hell no way i will go back to ur clinic! Please dont trust this clinic wasted money wasted time! My name is Siti Subaidah and ur reception wrongly put my name Siti Subidah. U can check i’ve been there so many times. Event worst u never correcting my name in the system. Lol. Now the blame is on me because i use fake profile?! How can i use fake id? This is tuduhan melampau! I registered under micare also as in under my company before. How can it be fake?! U are worst! From the way u replied also can tell how’s ur service. So sad… how about now?!
