2 weeks agoBeen there many times but just came across a staff that was sum what quite rude and arrogant. The staff is an indian lady . Not a nice face to look at when youre sick . The way she gave my medicine and mc was just by chucking it infront if me in an aggressive way .a year agoThe clinic is well arranged, neat , clean n well maintained. The doctor n staffs are very friendly. It is a 24 hours clinic and since it is 10.00pm there are less patients. The service are fast.a month agoVery good doctor with detail check up and explaination.. however,the staff at counter was unpolite and rude.. if you dont willing to work as what you are,please quit. Thank you doctor for your service, satisficed patient.5 months agoOverall one of the worst clinic I ever been! Dont come here! Very worst! You must think 1000 times before you come here. 2 months agoI have been to this clinic few times for different sickness. The medicine they gave me was very very good quality. It might be expensive but its okay for me it’s worth coz when it comes to health. The doctor are very friendly and they took time to ask what’s wrong with me and gave me advices on how to get well better. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone ??2 months agoI had a few dermatology issue which was addressed succesfully by Dr Winston Tan. He’s such a good doctor and sincerely treat me. Thanks doctor and also thanks to staff for thr good service.4 years agoCheater, especially with foreigners I took a vitamin-only injection and the serum I brought it Look for the price 85 ringgit only to give an injection In Kuala Lumpur I always pay 20 ringgit so so so so so bad klinika year agoVery expensive compared to KL rates. Nurses are moody and probably have been aging in their comfort zones for far too long. She refused to provide receipt immediately after online payment was made and asked me to wait if I expect one. Not a pleasant experience at all. I would recommend to go to other clinics nearby. I will probably raise an official complaint to the relevant regulators so others wont have to face the same issues.7 months agoBlacklisted klinic, expensive charges by asking non relevance information. ? Came here to get treatment for my mum. During raya they closed at 10pm instead of 24 hour like they stated. During my visit it is the male chinese doctor. He was locum here. His treatment was okay but the charges was expensive (RM80).
? It is the treatment for food poisoning which the doctor prescribed Buscopan (injection), ORS, Maxolon & Charcoal. The treatment & hospitality was quite poor but since it is emergency, not much option left.
Bad experience ever with the worst and rude doctor… Dr Faizul is very rude and unprofessional…his attitude is very terrible …He didn’t even do check up on me…but using high volume to question me and scolding me…
*** i hope Klinik Melaka owner will look this issue seriously as I am not the only one who complaint this doctor…
Dr. Aw is incredible.
He’s a understanding,responsible, attentive, polite, friendly, listens to your concerns and a very caring doctor that has his patient’s best interest at heart.
He love to speak with patients and provide some honest feedback and guidance.It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personality and care for a patient with outstanding quality of medical treatment.
Beside, he charge at a very very reasonable price.
The waiting time is standard and not too long.
The clinic is well maintained and clean.
The medicine is effective.
The staff is helpful and friendly too.
Highly recommended.
Worst ever clinic. Suka2 jump queue. Indian girl take registration lambat then jump queue without any guilty. Ntah apa2. Bad service ever!
A certain doctor was very rude to me as a patient. I was already very uncomfortable, with a slight cold and diarrhea, but he said I was fine and asked me not to pretend to be sick. The doctor also threatened me that I would become a lowly pariah in the future.
