I recently visited Clinic Mediprime (for the third or fourth time, I can’t really recall).  Dr. Chai and the nurses were very kind and friendly, and they made me feel very comfortable during my visit. The clinic had a clean and homely environment, which made me feel at ease. I was happy to find that their charges were still reasonable, and it’s also under the MiCare panel. The only downside is that, at times, parking is hard to find.

    Although busy at certain times, the staff, nurses and doctors always greet the patients with a warm and welcome smile. One of the most thorough and respectful clinics in Malaysia. As patients, we appreciate the time and care taken. Thank you.

    1. Been coming here for about 25 to 30 years now. Dr. Kung is a very light hearted doctor that never holds back on info, and will be serious only if he needs to. He’s good, and may seem a little frivolous sometimes but my whole family has been seeing him all this while and I’ve never had any complaints.

    2. I think that the receptionist needs to work more faster in handling the patient’s registration process. We were waiting for an hour to get to see the doctor. She was very slow in preparing the medicine and at the same time registering the patients.
