Dr. Taiwan ?? (My apology I don’t know his name) is very patience when diagnosing my wife’s medical condition. Nowadays is really not easy to find a doctor that really takes his time and sincerity to examine and diagnose what is really the illness of the patient. I Appreciate your excellent service. Thank you so much. I would travel further just to be consult by the same doctor. Cheers UniHealth 24 hours. Also the two wonderful front desk receptionist / nurse.

i went to this clinic 2 times in the same week for flu & sorethroat, both times different doctors & both refused to give antibiotics. i spent more than 100++ in total on both visits. fast forward few days later, I came down with severe throat & ear pain, & decided to go to another clinic, which said i had tonsillitis & require antibiotics & other meds. & that it was caused by the previous virus.

if u want to visit clinics 3 times then get better, u can visit unihealth yishun. visit at ur own risk.

yes, they are 24 hours clinic, but yes, yishun does have other better options clinic that open until midnight.

First time visit on 16/09/23. Amazing service from the moment we stepped in until the end. Counter ladies were nice, doctor was nice, clinic is comfortable and waiting time was reasonable. Will visit again when needed.

    Came earlier than 8.30am, but ended up 8th in queue and Doc only started seeing patients at ~9am. Waited for one and a half hours to consult. As mentioned by other reviewers, the doctor’s attitude wasn’t pleasant and understanding. Gave me quite rude responses and even talked over me while I was explaining my situation. I wouldn’t come back to him.

    I normally went to clinic nearer to my house but it didn’t open on Sunday so i tried here cause wanted to get stronger medications for my covid. Basically. When I checked in the receptionist asked to wait outside she will call when my turn. Then i went out and wait it was around 1hr of waiting and it was very windy outside and im not feeling well still. I saw the person with queue number in front of me went out so i thought it was my turn next so i just went in. When the receptionist called my phone i just said it’s me. Then she scolded me very bad in front of everyone and talked very loud I TOLD U TO WAIT OUTSIDE WHY U COME IN I ALREADY TOLD YOU DO U UNDERSTAND? I was quite speechless and come in to see the docyor then the doc scolded me one more round. Then he said i covid positive i should be socially responsible. I just simply didnt know about it but i feel like okey so i just said im sorry. Then he kept talking over me didnt let me explain my condition and why i came here. Then he said im not qualified for the covid pill. I just simple asked sorry why then he scolded me again said U ARE NOT QUALIFIED MEAN U NOT QUALIFIED U WANT TO KNOW WHY U ASK MOH. I DONT KNOW WHICH DOCTOR TOLD U ABOUT THIS PILL BUT THIS DOCTOR KNOW U NOT QUALIFIED. I felt abit frustrated i just said sorry but i didnt ask for it at all or mentioned about it at all idk why u brought it up. Then after the consultation done he asked me to wait outside and said OUTSIDE CLINIC NOT OUTSIDE MY OFFICE DO U UNDERSTAND? The whole consultation was less than 3 mins but majority of it was scolding and talking over patient. Didn’t let me explain my condition and talking about irrelevant topic. Then when i took my medication i just politely let the receptionist know that she was quite rude just now and explained the reason why. It’s very degrading the ways they talked to me. Foreigner or not we are still human seeking treatments when we not well.

    On tuesday 25 july 2023 i went to see doctor feeling unwell with sore throat fever cough running nose art negative. I told doc that this is unusual.. waited 1 hr even i was pt no 3 on that day. Saw me in less than 5 mins. Gave meds n mc for 2 days.. aftee 2 days i got 39.5 fever n up to 40 !! Went back to him And art negative.. i asked if this flu is v common as i felt unusual flu.. he responded yes i saw many pts like this.. seasonal flu..! .. proceed to give antibiotic n same meds.. w mc.. OK. I accepted it. But my condition passed on to my 2 y.o.. and i brought him to his doctor clinic where he is a regular since birth.. less than 2 mins.. doctor said it might be influenza A .. so did the test and it was big fat positive.. so me n my husband tested..yes we were too!!!! (My husband also went to ur clinic). Today i called to give feedback. Noone can give me an answer.. the doctor said. U want to come to my clinic? Of course no. And asked if i want to go hospital. Is that a closure?

    Have been going to this clinic for years since I was a kid, and I find that Dr Lai and the receptionists so far have been warm and friendly to me and my family over the years. Will continue to go back!

    Clinic receptionist has bad cusyomrt service. Cant imagine how the Doctor would fair.

    1. Opens at 2pm doctor arrives at 3pm but the Doctor is one of a kind, he goes out of the room to greet and call the patients in. Speaks with enthusiasm and makes you feel better in an instant with all the positivity he gives.

    2. Very good doctor. Listens well and assesses your condition patiently. Punctuality has improved a lot over the years. No longer have to wait for a long period. If worried can give clinic a call to check if doctor in before dropping by.

    3. Apparently those that got symptoms are not allowed in the consultation room, and this is the reason why i got turn away. Probably one of the funniest reason i heard. Give a feeling they are turning patient away just because is closing soon.

    4. Both doctor n staff are kind and polite. medicine collection and payment process is fast and staff explained in details. If worried about long queue, just call before going down.

    5. the counter of register fat India lady are very rude especially when she know you are no Singaporean will show the bad attitude to patient and trying to find trouble to patient
