2 months agoThis is one of my favorite Korean foods, especially the very delicious kimchi soup and the portions are big too. If you are a small eater you can order this set and eat it for 4 people.a year agoHuge portion of food for the price we are paying! Though they are attentive, service may be slower, not sure if it is due to them having too many customers as our pancake didnt arrive until when we almost finishes most of our food. We had to ask for the refill of veg a few times as well before we finally gets it.3 months agoOrdered Volcano Rice today and was amazed of the portion. Banchan were also good and are refillable. Tea for 3 rm which is refillable is more than worth it! Volcano Rice was cooked infront of me. Due to the portion, I even was able to tapao. Portion is really worth it for the price. The staff is very hospitable, especially Reche. Such a nice lady and always smiling. Staff were very polite and also jolly. Such a memorable experience. Thank you!6 months agoV ordered d pork lover set for 4 pax. The pork came in belly original n different cut of pork n also marinated pork which all came out good. The meat was all nicely grilled by d staff at our table n d exhaust fan was powerful to get rid of most of d smell. D kimchi pancake was thick w seafood n kimchi n crispy on d outside, very nicely done. Plenty of side dishes which went nicely w d meat. The portion was generous n v had to pack back some balance. The only setback was they could have used a nicer sesame oil for d dip sauce.a year agoThe cleanliness of the outlet is OK but there were some leftovers small bits. The bbq tray came with quite an amount of oil and we decided to soak some of it out with serviettes but the staff was displeased stating it will cause the eggs to stick to the pan however that didn’t happen as there was just too much oil in it. The salad leaves were quite bitter. The price has increased over the years largely due to inflation but the menu and quantity has remained.

Nice place for a family dinner. The staff here prepared and cook all the meat for us. They were polite, and the place was clean. Lovely experience and would love to be back again.
The meat and side dishes were fresh and delicious. But maybe a little bit too much for two person to order the set. Great for big eater.
Parking here hard to get, so best to park a little bit further and walk to the restaurant about 100m or so.
The restaurant is on first floor, but got lift for those find it hard to walk up the narrow stairs.
Our family all times favourite Korea BBQ, variety of side dishes, changing times to times; highly recommended the pancake, we like the pork bbq, both original and marinated. Refillable for the Fresh vegetables and side dishes too.
Was a happy Birthday gathering with friends here ~ requested to have dinner here (Friday after work – no reservation but one of the friend arrived early) because I am cravings for Gamja-tang. However – have not order this dish – either overlooked it on the menu or this Daorae branch do not serve Gamja-tang, but overall food are still delicious!
Had a late dinner at 9pm, the place was 3/4 full. Was served by staff, Raj. As my fren was a frequent there and he recognised her. We got a free kimchi pancake. Ordered Kimchi Fried Rice, Pork Belly & Lamb. Cost us Rm139. Environment is nice and comfy (No kids yelling or cigarette smokes). Quality of the food plus taste maintained as thir Korean boss is there overseeing the outlet.
One of the worst Daorae branches. The beef yukgaejang has tiny tinyyyyyy portion of beef, and kimchi jjigae has pathetic portion of pork. Side dishes all vegetables, more like vegetarian restaurant. Soup base can taste the paste not properly mixed into the soup. Very bad.
