a week agoThis is so very stupid laundry, just make a announcement at the front of shop when cannot used laundry or better yet just closed shop even better not while already changed coin for laundry VERY..VERY..VERY NOT RECOMENDED!!! Minus ⭐3 weeks agoEasy to follow instructions for both washing and drying. I love that they provide complementary detergent in the wash. The place is clean as you’re asked to take off shoes. My only comment is that the washing machines should probably be cleaned daily (the rubber parts).4 months agoEnvironment are clean..well ventilated No Slippers or shoes allowed to maintaining cleanliness..well done5 years agoGood place to do laundry especially visitor like me who came to Penang once a year. The place is clean. And also the washing machine is come together with automatically detergent and softener. Just insert the coin and you’re good to go.4 years agoSTAY AWAY AND MUST BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST!!!1. The reviews below says it is very clean, but partially. The machines are somewhat clean, but floor is dirty like the street outside. Lots of dirt on their floor.
2. You need to take off your shoes. The owner even yelled at us.
3. VERY EXPENSIVE. 8RM for a wash!!!!
4. Dryer looks very cheap 1RM for 6 minutes. Yeah, but it cheats you with minutes – the countdown is very fast. I measured the time and it cheats you 15-20 secs for every minute. I reported this to owner and he ignored me.
5. Owner is extremely rude, he swept the floor while I was folding my new clean clothes so the dusts swirling around. So stupid he even turned the fans higher to help him pushing the dust out of his laundry service. After the cleaning he stopped the fans so it got so hot in the laundry service.
If you think this is ok, then go.

3 weeks agoNobody using laundry services around 7am can take your time to select available machine. 10RM to do washing and drying. About 25mins each process. Staying around WOW Hotel about 5 to 10 mins walk. Opposite Komtar along one side road.5 months agoFantastic self service laundry place. Coin machine does not break 20RM so come with smaller bills. The machines were easy to use, the dryer heat was powerful it dried my jeans nicely. Overall 5/5.a month agoAffordable fast (1 hour) laundry experience. Clear instructions provided. Only need to bring your clothes, a bag and money. Can use rm10, 5 or 1 to get laundry tokens. Strong ceiling fan in place to use on a hot day if you are waiting for your laundry. Clean place and machines. Parking impossible to find here, as in all of georgetown2 months agorarely leave a review without photo proof but this place requires stamp of approval – my usual C&S Laundry rests on Sunday (as any human require) which means very inconvenient delay, hence I tried Kimberly Laundry. Very, very clean premise makes it possible to sit and wait, very safe too. Fair prices, very clear instructions (just follow every step, very easy) washed, dried in and out less than an hour, items cleaned, dried. 4 machines all used up, very popular. 5 myr cold wash (10kg)
7myr hot wash (10kg) -(26 mins + 4 mins spin)
4 myr dryer for 24 minutes on high heat.
All done in under an hour.

Clean and nice inside.
But an alarm ran 40mns ago and no one came yet to fix the issue.
Can’t dry the clothes…
Was supposed to be quick, but won’t be.
near to our hotel. but the alarm suddenly start. the dryer cannot use at that moment. luckily can contact the customer helpline. its really help! they coming to the rescue. since its very lazy to go to somewhere laundry nearby just for the dryer only. thanks to the boss coming around 30 minutes. keep a good service to your customer. wish your business grow!
It’s the first time I use the laundry shop Malaysia. Everybody is very friendly and ready helping others as the freshman like me.
They use tokens instead of Malaysia coins but no change or cash back. So the 10 and 1 MAR paper note should be well prepared or buying something from nearby to take it.
The detergent, softener are well added on automatically. (In Thailand, we have to buy detergent and softener as if). Sometimes I saw someone put more as they want. Almost is okay.
Times: around 30 minutes for washing ( normal, warm or hot water) and 24 minutes for drying (delight, low, medium and hot) depending on kind of garments.

Centrally located 24 hour self service laundromat, there are no workers here. Wash cycle per load is RM$7, dry cycle is charged at RM$1 for 6 minutes.
There are about 4 normal load cycle washing machines and 1 extra large washing machine. 5/6 dryers were operational.
Less people around 5pm or early morning.
Quite clean, no shoes worn indoors.
I had to give this place 5 stars due to a very friendly kitten that hangs around outside.
