Their coin machine will exchange you TOKENS that you can only use in their shop. So if you leave a 0.5 Ringgit token unused, that becomes their profit by providing nothing.
I don’t encourage that kind of business model so I paid by credit card, however the machine didn’t start after payment and asked me to “ADD 0.5” but I confirmed the price they charged is the one on the price list. Now the machine OVERCHARGES.
Asking customer service, I was told by “Liza” to insert coin first and promise I’ll be refunded. I thought she meant the machine will refund but afterwards she asked me for a SAVING ACCOUNT to refund, and they won’t refund to my credit card.
I spoke English all the way and she should have known I’m foreign and don’t have local bank account. For the refund problem, she said she even had to ask her boss but then never gave a reply.
0.5 is of course negligible but this shop does not even deserve it. It still owes me 0.5 and looks like it’s going to owe me forever. I asked them to donate that to a local charity instead however I got a reply from their staff “Zee” saying 0.5 is not money and cannot be donated and they’ll inform the person-in-charge of the shop.
Inform and so what? Who the heck cares about your “person-in-charge”? I don’t understand what they’re doing at all. All I understand is that from their perspective, stealing 0.5 from every customer “is not money”. Very impressive business model but I will not buy their shares.
yes it is very convenient for me to use this laundry, i will never choose any other place to wash my cloths. clean and tidy. and systematic.
Efficient. Clean. Working coin dispenser. Resting place is provided.
Clean and all machines working fine
Not working dryer, wasting my money and time. Charger coin also cant work
The place is least maintain. Washing machine detergent box is full of stains. The owner needs to be more responsible to his/her business in order to serve their customers well. Will not visit again!
