I have been doing laundry here for the past two years and it does not disappoint, from the music, the convenience of QR payment, membership, to even the physical staff that comes by to give really insightful tips about using the machines.
Doing laundry here is absolutely a gamechanger, so much so that I would gladly deal with the SS2 traffic.

There was a partial problem with the washing machine that led to the loss of my RM1, but after I called customer service they were able to deal with the problem in a rational, friendly and efficient manner, we are not short of RM1, but I really like this kind of service attitude, 5

Was shocked by a homeless while me and my friend were trying to put our clothes into the dryer , he suddenly smacked the table and staring at us fiercely until we walked out from the shop. We don’t even dare to step into the dobi until we saw there’s other cust inside. It was terrible experience for us.

Surprised to get free laundry bag. Big laundry with good number of washer and dryer so no need to wait. Open 24/7.

The place looks clean and maintained but they don’t turn on the fan? They got 4 friggin’ ceiling fans! It’s was hot when I was there in the afternoon. And then the vending machine stole my money because it didn’t give me my refreshingly cold mineral water when I paid my cold hard cash for it.

I have to give a pat on the back to Sidah for the professional customer support. I experienced a technical issue with the token machine where it was unable to dispense tokens. Without further ado, I called the support line and Sidah, who was on the line right away solve the issue I was facing. She diligently helped me to fix it on call remotely and as a courtesy I was given a FOC drier service for the hassle.
Other than that, the environment is clean with affordable rates to wash and dry your clothes. Should I drop by for the next visit? Absolutely.
