Quite sad cos 3 dryers and the large washing machine are out of order do have to wait for some time. Some people just drop their clothes and went off. Need to remove their clothes before using the machine.

Called the helpline number because i was confused with the payment methods and couldn’t figure out why the machine wouldn’t start, but ended up getting shouted at.
“If you’re paying with token why don’t you just follow the steps for paying with token? You go and use the card method for what??” He shouted. Great.
If i knew what i was doing, did i need to call helpline? For goodness sake please fire your customer service guy. I am not here to give you money and have your bloody “helpline” staff shout in my face.
Very Dirty floor. The card system is scam. It costs RM10 just for the card !
Unclear instructions on payment. Get charged rm10 for a card. Place is dirty. There was a bone on the floor.
