3 weeks agoHi, I just want to know if the washing machine is working fine? Seems like it didnt have soap/softener at all. I believe ive done the steps properly and waited in front of the machine the whole time and its working fine. But after finished, my clothes still smell as if it is not washed ? Hope to hear from you soon.2 years agoThe experience in this launderette is different from others as customers are very much community based and they look out for each other. They know the machines need to be taken care off in order for others to use. The place is clean and if hv any issues with machines ..the friendly customers will guide each other …?2 years agoHi O2Wash Management,I was not at the scene, but was just only told about this unpleasant experience. At first, I felt it was the customer’s mistake in this case. However, after seeing the owner’s HARSH response (as per photo), I am SHOCKED and UPSET.
Price that’s value for money is subjective.. but publicly calling customers “mental problem”? That’s just rude and unacceptable.
Also, he admitted that he was late.. but only by 10MINS. It wasn’t a peak hour, the shop was empty. I don’t know who’s telling the truth here… But I believe there’s always 2 sides of the story.
Apologies for his “irresponsibility” and the inconvenience as there were some urgent matters half way and couldn’t comply to the awfully STRICT house rules.
