Machines are easy to use.
There are 4 washing machines (two 10kgs machines and two 14kgs machines) & 4 drying machines.
I never had to queque (usually come on the evening). There are always machine(s) available.
For first-timer, just go through the main entrance (the one betweeen Sushi House and Love a Loaf.
Take the stairs and escalator besides Heritage House. Turn right. You will see the Polar Bear logo.
It will cost around RM 16-19 for washing & drying, depending of the water temperature you choose.
How to?
> Washing
1. Insert money to the Token Changer (RM 1 / 5 / 10) and you will get the Polar Bear tokens. Remember, you won’t get any change money so prepare exact amount of money
2. Put the clothes inside the washing machine, choose the water temperature.
3. Insert tokens needed. The detergent, sanitizer and softener are injected automatically to the machine so you just need to chill and wait for 25 mins
> Drying
1. Move the wet clothes from Washing Machine to Drying machine
2. Select drying temperature
3. Insert tokens needed. Wait for another 25 mins.
4. You can get additional 5mins for RM 1, but you have to do it before the drying finished

Came here to run a load of laundry and had no problems. The detergent is already included. The cycle takes 25 mins. Change your cash to get RM1 coins. 1 token = RM1.

Located on the 2nd floor of Tropicana right in the middle of the building A and B. very convenient. lift acess is available. price is affordable. place is clean. rule is clear and easy to follow. . hospitality is very good feels like an old acquaintance.
for the laundry, i could choose to wash my clothes by myself ( a lot cheaper : 7RM for 10-kgs washer & 9RM for dryer) or ask for assitance with higher price.
for the drop-off luggage, they generous in giving information and service.
remarkable experience: there was once i forgot 1 of my suitcases right before i left to the airport. The assistant called and helped to bring to the 1st floor without me asking. Very mindful and helpful.

near to our hotel. but the alarm suddenly start. the dryer cannot use at that moment. luckily can contact the customer helpline. its really help! they coming to the rescue. since its very lazy to go to somewhere laundry nearby just for the dryer only. thanks to the boss coming around 30 minutes. keep a good service to your customer. wish your business grow!
It’s the first time I use the laundry shop Malaysia. Everybody is very friendly and ready helping others as the freshman like me.
They use tokens instead of Malaysia coins but no change or cash back. So the 10 and 1 MAR paper note should be well prepared or buying something from nearby to take it.
The detergent, softener are well added on automatically. (In Thailand, we have to buy detergent and softener as if). Sometimes I saw someone put more as they want. Almost is okay.
Times: around 30 minutes for washing ( normal, warm or hot water) and 24 minutes for drying (delight, low, medium and hot) depending on kind of garments.

Centrally located 24 hour self service laundromat, there are no workers here. Wash cycle per load is RM$7, dry cycle is charged at RM$1 for 6 minutes.
There are about 4 normal load cycle washing machines and 1 extra large washing machine. 5/6 dryers were operational.
Less people around 5pm or early morning.
Quite clean, no shoes worn indoors.
I had to give this place 5 stars due to a very friendly kitten that hangs around outside.

7myr hot wash (10kg) -(26 mins + 4 mins spin)
4 myr dryer for 24 minutes on high heat.
All done in under an hour.
