Edit: Sorry for the wrong info. The library indeed closes at 4.45pm, it’s just that the first day I went here (21/2/2023), they close on 4.00pm.

Not good 1. Need to remove footwear, seriously!??? Even to the restroom. Pls keep with times, take a look at ttdi and damansara height libraries to learn from. 2. Unhygienic ways to use restroom 3. Can’t study in peace worry about shoes going missing 4. Need to keep bags n water bottles at entrance again can’t study in peace 5. Being charged to use a plug point (ridiculous) Won’t be visiting again

Convenient for local residents. Good place for the young and old to hang out. Instead of letting, why not grab a book to read, right? There’s lots of ample parking, so that’s good for those who drive. There’s also a bus that pass by the area, sorry, couldn’t renege the number. Do pray a visit when you can

They said that the library will be open at 9am, apparently it didn’t. I already arrived here around 9.20am something but until 10.30am the library still not open.

Nice and calm place a.k.a library. Not crowded. I reckon if the administration would place a filtered water dispenser for visitors. It would be nice. Nevertheless it is a very nice place to do reading and work.

A very clean and cozy place to do your work. Sometimes are quite packed due to the library is consider small. The only downside is limited parking space.

Library has reopened but the cafe remains closed. Nice place if you want peace and quiet. Books are old, no new collection added so it gets boring after awhile when you’re looking for new reads. Wish they will add in more new books or at least rotate with other branches. Parking at basement is limited but OK still cos not many people frequent here from the few times I’ve visited. The guard is very friendly and helpful.

Good environment for productivity, comes with children section with children books. The area is quite clamped and parking is very limited.

  1. This is the first time visiting a public library looking grand and cheerful. Thumbs up Selangor.

  2. Library is small but sufficient with cool aircond and decent plugs amenities such as computers and rooms for seminars or discussion is available anyways overall its a decent place to get the job done and study

  3. The environment is clean and comfortable.

The librarian is very polite, friendly and responsible.

Desktops, Lego play sets, nursing room, discussion room, kid’s room can be found in this small library which is suitable for families to spend half a day here.

Charging a laptop or mobile phone costs RM 1 per day. Using the desktop provided here costs RM 1 per hour.

Lego play sets are free of charge, but need to make sure not to mix up with other sets.

Plenty of English and Malay books can be found here. Chinese and Tamil stories books are available here.

The membership of this library is free of charge, you can borrow up to 12 books for one month.

  4. PPAS PJ Kita. Lovely library aka co-working space. RM1 for plug point electricity and RM3/hour for meeting room (with individual aircond units). Equipped with comfy sofa, PCs with webcam (8 PCs. Internet was 60Mbps up & down), Lego pieces (on-site play), board games, nursing room, toilet and surau. Even has a ping-pong table, badminton court cum basketball.

Work and have your kids read and play! Membership is free. Loaning laptops and desktop also free!

    Pros versus DBKL Libraries:
    1. Can borrow up to 20 books per person
    2. 1 month + 3 days (on phone renewal)
    3. Can borrow and return to any PPAS libraries

Changed in policy from 10 books to 20 books and 3+1 weeks to 4 weeks for 20 books! MasyaAllah TabarakAllah!
