We went there for exchange money but it was not available until 2pm. The money changer aunty told me to call if wanted to cancel the booking. The booking was made 30 mins ago. I took the courtesy to call and cancel the booking, however, what I received from them was a very rude and unprofessional service saying I cannot be made booking in the future due to cancellation.
Bad customer service. We were told that we cant do any booking in future after we have to cancel our order due to them not having not enough thai baht at the first place and have to wait for hours to get them. First of all, it is not customers’ fault that you do not have enough currency and other places do have. After that, we were threatened that we cant do anymore booking in future. Train your employees to be nicer to customers or risk losing more customers in future to better exchange places. It is not about the cheaper rate sometimes but the quality of services matter too.
I checked many today, every $1=myr4.35, they only myr4.29. Way lower than others
As I saw all ur review were bad customer services. I call Ipoh branch for ur currency exchange rate. Ur staff are not very sincere to give us an ans. I know that rate will difference by day to day. I said if I wanna exchange about 20k+, she said “Give me the exactly amount that u wanna change ” If ur staff really dw to serve customer , pls ask her to stay in office. Very BAD BAD SERVICE. Not only ur shop the ONLY 1!!!!
I was served by these 2 young staffs who provided me with the utmost professionalism and prompted services I need.
I urgently needed to exchange 30K rm and they reserved it for me, I made the reservation in advance and deposit was made. They informed me rates cannot be confirmed unless I made the deposit due to the changes of rate daily, which was understandable as 30K is not a small amount.
I love how everything was detailed and I was able to make informed decisions. Will definitely patronise this shop again.
Ps. Initially I read the bad reviews about the rates and how they did not want to give definite answer based on what the reviews were written and was sceptical about it. However upon asking them about it when I was there, I come to understand why they could not give a definite rate sometimes as they do not wish to underdeliver and not fulfil the promise they cannot guarantee. Honesty, informative and patience are definitely their highlight points!
